Good quality product delivered promptly. Will use this company again.

This was equipment rented for a period of 12 weeks. It was supplied with batteries but the batteries were already installed but put in the wrong way round. I had to ask my family to look at the equipment which took a week of the rental time.

De smit Medical Systems is a good product and it’s help a lot and I won’t have any feeling or Controlls my breath but now I have feelings and if I want to going to toilet. For me it is great and thank you for the products.

I did try to order over the phone but was unable to do this if I wanted to claim the vat relief. Being no good with technology I must admit I found it difficult to order on line but I finally managed it. Delivery was very quick. I must point out that the lady on the phone was very helpful. I feel for people who haven’t got access to the internet and therefore would have to pay the vat.

Excellent service from this company and quality items. Would recommend. I bought the neuro trac unit and periform prob. Both arrived well packaged and within 48hrs.

Delivery was quick, from time of ordering. Without a knowledgeable person to programme the device however,I don't know how to work it! I've followed the Quick Start leaflet and the manual, but can't get the device to work. The device does show background light, so not a battery problem. Staff in the clinic I've been attending are now deployed elsewhere in the NHS, so no-one to phone for advice.

I ordered 30/12, 2nd class RM, the unit was despatched 4/1 and received it on 8/1 (so all in all 10days).This may have to do with Royal Mail.
The pricing is always good, I have made orders before. The unit is good quality etc.

Once you get the hang of it this helps a lot.
I’m sure no-one needs the details but it helps you feel more in control of the unfortunate side effects of a prolapse.

Neurotrac machine.
My order was processed and delivered very quickly.
However the instructions for programming my Neurotrac machine were rather confusing for a lay person - I had to refer to my physiotherapist to give me simple step by step instructions to programme the machine.

I have only just started using the product, but feel that it will certainly improve things. I have to say that I didn't find the set up instructions clear. In the end I had to go on You Tube and find a video. Even finding the relevant video was not easy. However I found it, and am happy that I understand it all now.

Great machine, I wish it was possible for you to have a look at the old machine which is identical and doesn't work and I could take this one to my son's hospital for someone else to borrow.
