I'm still receiving 50 plus calls a day…

I'm still receiving 50 plus calls a day from private number, writing lies in a blog stating false accusations.

Desparking is a fraudulent company which is running from a garage, without a connected phone line or email address.

They reach out to home owners who advertise about subletting thier car parks and then desparking they there details and subletting on thier website.

I can share all the evidence as they have already published my phone number and email address so anyone want to see the prove they can reach out.

Purchased parking space online

Purchased parking space online. I used the exact authorised location as provided in my confirmation email from Des Parking. I arrived and left well within the time frame. I received a parking fine two weeks later. I will state if Des Parking tell me I didn't park in the designated parking area, it'll be a lie. I parked at the exact location provided in their confirmation at Axis House, I had to pay the fine as even after providing proof of payment my appeal was unsuccessful. Be very careful as this was obviously a scam!

As a member of the British Parking Association and fully compliant with PCI standards, we take adherence to proper parking guidelines seriously to ensure smooth operations and a fair experience for all customers.

While we understand your concerns, the fine would have been assessed based on the parking management system identifying a deviation from the authorised location provided in your confirmation email. Our appeals process, in alignment with industry standards, carefully considers each case with provided documentation, and in this instance, the appeal was upheld in line with the parking terms and conditions.


Also to make you aware it is clearly stated on our terms and conditions on our platform that we do not own any of the car parks and are not responsible, this information is also mentioned on some of the booking confirmations too.

I absolutely do not recommend this company

Unfortunately, I am another person who received a PCN despite having paid for a parking space through Des Parking. For 3 weeks they could not even write back to my messages about the fine through no fault of my own. I had to ask many times to intervene in this matter and so far no response. I had to pay a fine of 60 pounds!!! The company only takes money and customer issues do not interest them at all.

This a scam company

This a scam company, made a booking via the website. Upon arrival at Fresh Wharf there were no available slots. Tried to call customer service no answer sent an email no response tried to contact via WhatsApp again no response.
They have even tried to log this as a false review. Perhaps they should actually provide support.

This review by Tiawanna Lee is false and inaccurate. We have concrete evidence proving that the person used fake details to register on our platform.

This individual messaged our customer support team being very aggressive, rude and abusive and attempting to damage our reputation which is clearly stated in the messages which we do not tolerate any abuse at all.

Additionally, the WhatsApp number they provided for contact, +447584099541, does not match the details used during registration. Our team has responded to all legitimate inquiries and continues to offer support to all our legitimate customers.

Very poor customer support

Would strongly not recommend to use this carpark at all. Contacted support desk throuh email but no response at all. As a customer, was left so helpless on the day that i really need their support as im not sure wether i have park on the right site. I ended up paying more by having penalty charge. Totally disappointed!

Paid for parking at East India Car…

Paid for parking at East India Car Park. Never got any details on where to park had to pay elsewhere to park. Emailed twice no one got back to me. I paid £12 for 8 hours of parking. I want my money back. This company is awful I would never use them again.

Paid for a space in London (Joshua street)and had a parking warning notice left on it the next day. I have tried contacting the company multiple times and and still yet to receive a response

Last week

Last week, I booked and paid for parking at DesParking Car Park, Clipstone Mews, London. However, upon arrival, I found that no such car park exists at this location. Additionally, their customer service is entirely unresponsive—neither via email nor WhatsApp.
It's clearly a scam!

No space available at the spot reserved…

No space available at the spot reserved for 4 hours. ( Engine room parking, NW14EE) Not able to park as all bays were occupied. No one to contact and had to park elsewhere. Don't trust these guys. Lost £6.

Scam Company

Paid to park at "Heathrow Airport, UB3, Bath Road 242
UB3 5AY Harlington" for 2 hours, I received a PCN and my appeal has been denied stating this company does not operate any form of payments at that car park. "This application is not accepted at this site." Scam company avoid.

My reply to the message below: Your website clearly states the address 242 Bath Road UB3 5AY, if you open google maps you can clearly see on the entrance of Axis House it states the address is 242 Bath Road, and the image used on your website is the front doorway of Axis House as well. The bays parallel to Axis House parking the code I was given did not work on them so it was confirmed to me at the time I was parking in the correct location. This will be taken to court if the PCN is not removed.

This is scam business

This is scam business. They are renting out parking spaces they have no right to let.

I'm a victim. They are letting my parking space w/o my permission. They have stolen photos from JustPark and use them to let out my space.

This is a false statement which we will be chasing up legally at this point as this is deformation of character and also as WE DO NOT OWN / WE DO NOT EVER CLAIM TO OWN any of the parking on our platform this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions.

If anyone is found to be listing spaces they do not have the permission to they will be suspended from our platform immediately and the listing will be removed immediately.

Scam! Never received the permit after payment

Purchased a parking spot in London Robert St. After paying I received an order confirmation stating that the payment was successful, but I never received any parking permit. I tried to reach the customer service via mail and via WhatsApp but I never received an answer in almost 2 weeks.

Unable to contact after paying Scam??…

Unable to contact after my booking and payment. Tried their WhatsApp, FB messenger and email but no response. Turned up to the carpark which was chained and padlocked so I was unable to park. Thinking this must be some sort of scam. I had checked trust pilot before booking and saw a good rating so went ahead. Never again and less trusting of Trust pilot too now. Order was 3814 not 3813
