This is a scam
This is a scam, they photographed my parking space, and advertised as a renting car park. This is illegal and Trustpilot should take this merchant down. I already called a police and authorities for this illegal scam.

Scam
Parked under DLR at East India for 2 days in early July 2024 and was assured by the customer service team that I could park in any available space.
I received 3 parking tickets. I have chased the customer services team half a dozen times after being told this would be investigated and someone would be back to me asap. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I can only assume that this is a scam and they do not have permission to issue parking permits for this area.
Update 24/07/24 - this response summarises the company and their approach to their customers. If only you had put as much effort into dealing with my complaint as you had trying to take down my review.
Your guidance clearly says parking is under the DLR, I asked if you were sure I could park anywhere as the bays were numbered. My picture shows I parked where your own pictures show you are offering parking. The company that issued the fine advised that DES parking do not have permission to allocate parking here. This is a scam.
