Total disappointment
I will be honest, I have had laser hair removal a few times outside the UK and I had very good results. I've searched the topic excessively and I know how it is when the treatment is good...I've been living in the UK for a few years now so I thought since I'm here longer than usual I should try the laser that they advertise as the latest version. First things first, not only it's ridiculously expensive in comparison to what I normally pay, it didn't even have any results on me at all. It's so frustrating, the person who was doing the laser on me took half an hour for the legs(which normally takes one hour for thorough treatment) and she was leaving behind sooo many spots! She didn't use the appropriate intensity in order to have results and my hair grew back as if I just shaved them! Total disappointment!

After having my little boy I was so nervous about coming back to have my treatments at the Birmingham clinic. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, the girls were so welcoming and made me feel so relaxed. I'm back to getting my dream skin results. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. My skin is recovering well after having microneedling. I would definitely recommend the treatment to anyone

Long and expensive treatment plan!
Admittedly I was late! However this does not justify myself having to suggest the treatments that I should get and the receptionist just agreeing to everything and seeming to look for a longer treatment plan which would be excessively expensive! She recommended I have 2/3 different treatments one after the other! I’m no dermatologist or skin specialist but it all seemed abit off to me! I’ll be moving to another company for both treatments and products!

Hard sell for skincare products I wasn't interested in. I'm guessing the practitioner is on commission. Went initially for IPL which I was offered but payment is upfront for 3 treatments whether or not you have them all. Despite being offered IPL I had tanned skin in which case IPL should not be used so decided not to proceed.

IPL is generally suitable for most skin types. You should of been offered this treatment and told you could have it once your tan had faded. I'm sorry that this didn't happen.
