I can't find a customer service number or any phone number if there's no number and address I don't buy I have been mugged off once or twice before. Lovely watches its a shame I will never own one..

My husband wanted a watch for his birthday on 1st January 2025.
He wanted a smart dress watch that you can also see in the dark.
His favourite colour is blue so I got him a blue face with gold accessories & tan leather strap.
I ordered it on boxing day and it arrived today, Saturday.
So, I gave my husband an early birthday gift.
It's exactly what I ordered however better in reality the service was quick and he absolutely loves it, hence he is wearing it now & is very proud.

I received my first Detomaso Sorpasso Green Chrono watch a few weeks ago. I loved the look, feel and features of the watch. So much so, that today I received my second shipment of two additional watches, which are yellow and red. I love the design of the Detomaso Sorpasso Chrono collection. It's difficult to just choose one to purchase, as you can see. After the holidays, I will be purchasing another two. Customer service has been fast! I had a question, emailed them and they responded within a few hours.

Probably the most beautiful watch i have in my collection, i have 18 watches from several brands, but the D10 Chronograph in yellow its stunning

Sent numerous emails concerning the fault with my watch (ie the fingers have fallen off and are now at the bottom of the screen) what have I heard from detamaso absolute zero ridiculous customer service ,and the watch well?I have bought better off a cheap market.

Just to update I received a reply from detamaso watches and to be blunt it is ridiculous, the're reply was sorry to hear about your experience,the watch is just out of gurantee, so we can offer you a new watch at discounted price or we have favourable rates on repairs WHAT? Pay to fix their fault! they honestly think I would buy another piece of overpriced junk were the fingers fall off pathetic I requested a full refund which should be standard on faulty merchandise, so basically I replied to them ,informing them of my total dissatisfaction at their offer ,which I am willing to share .

I bought 2 watches 6 months ago, working absolutely perfectly, quality and design are higher, that I expect. Absolutely recommended.

D10 Olive/Orange - nice watch, great design.

But date numerals are impossible to read, as they are done in almost same color as the olive green disc in middle of the watch. My friends have also tried to read the date, but only after takeing af picture with the phone, and emphasized the picture, it has been possible to read the date.

Looking at the webpage the numerals are easy to read, but the ´date numerals in actual watch differs significantly from the picture on the webpage.

I have contacted Detomaso directly in this matter, and they have given this answer:

QUOTE: "Yes, the current design of the watch with the less legible numbers is indeed intentional. We want to convey a certain aesthetic and modernity with this design, which perhaps deviates from traditional legibility. It may well happen that product images shown on our website are sometimes presented in a slightly optimised or idealised form in order to highlight the essential features and give the customer the best possible view of the product" UNQUOTE.

So they confirm, that the pictures differs from the real watch. They do not draw attention to this on the sales side.

The D10 is a good quality - but before buying anything from Detomaso, just be very aware, that the watch you think you are buying from the web-page, may vary on essential points from the watch you where looking at on the web-page.

The design looks nice but not practical since orange strap is a real struggle to put on and off. Date is impossible to read without a magnifier. Long sweep second is static unless stop watch is used. Actual hands are difficult to see. Cannot read in dark! 30 day easy refund is a joke. Tried this on their hub and said that returns are not available for this country - UK! Just sent message to their customer service and return message said that they will respond within a week! Probably will run until 30 day return expiry. Avoid at all cost! I wish I had never bothered! Rubbish!

Update: De Tomaso finally sent a replacement winder so it's only fair I increase the rating a bit.

As you'll see from my review below I was initially very impressed by my ordinal purchase. Sadly, after only 4 months the winder stem came loose and was lost while was wearing the watch meaning I can longer set the correct time.
I contacted DeTomaso to find out if I could get a replacement stem but the email I got in reply asked me for my original number for some reason. Anyway, I supplied the order number as requested and I've heard nothing since. I'll take it to a local watch repairer to see if they can fix it, but the service I got from DeTomaso was appalling. I won't be using them again!

I'd been looking for an affordable, red chronograph for some time when I came across the stunning red & blue DeTomaso Sorpasso. The watch was delivered to me here in the UK within 3 days and looks even better in real life. A great addition to my collection.

Sell'n'run, Pump'n'dump kinda business. Watches have very cheap feel. Service - don't answer for weeks. Don't offer any solutions. Once you try to claim for a return, they tell the window has expired. Avoid!

Quick delivery within the same week.
Positively surprised by the bracelet, metal mesh where I expected textile. Good, stable lock on the bracelet.

Ordered and paid for a watch in August this year , I emailed them asking about delivery date only to be told the watch was not going to be delivered as it was out of stock even though it was supposed to be a limited edition. Absolutely terrible communication from this company first and last time I will order from them
