The website says you will get parts in 2 to 3 days, but the order status says shipped, but the Fedex tracking info says that Fedex doesn't have the shipment yet. So the shipping time is actually more like a week, not a big deal, unless you have a vehicle sitting waiting for parts, but your advertised shipping times are not correct

Got an offer for 10% off for one day so I went on and ordered my things but it wasn't giving me the 10% off so I called and Max the customer service person help me out gave me my 10% off and I purchased the products that I wanted to order but I had to make the phone call and talk to human being couldn't just do it online without help from customer service.

It was simple to order the complete brake kit (rotors&pads, front&back). the price was great (and the added discount was nice). FedEx says the package is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (and I ordered it yesterday). As long as it arrives by this weekend (3 days) and the parts fit - 5 stars!

I bought all of my front end parts for my 2001 Dodge ram 1500 from Detroit Axle. I'm talking upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, etc etc. About a year, give or take a few days, the tie rods and ball joints go bad. I warranty swap them for 25 dollars EACH. Mind you there is 10 year warranty on all of my parts. Fast forward 2 more years tie rods are worn and ready to come apart. I call Detroit Axle again, except this time they will not honor their own 10 year warranty. Customer service stated I'll need to purchase the parts all over again. The way I see it is I've been paying for them. I bought the original parts, then again when they went out WAY faster than expected and now I have to pay for them again?! What happened to the 10 year warranty?! Oh that can only be used once, and I had to pay for that. Detroit Axle USE to be a quality go to name that was trusted, but now I will not use them in my shop!

The website said a part was out of stock. I used the live chat feature to inquire when it might be available and I was told it is in stock, the website inventory had not been updated. I was invited to call and place my order. I did that on April 14th and was told the part would ship that same day, free shipping with FedEx. On The morning of April 16th I received an email that the shipping label had been printed and the part was ready for shipping, I should expect delivery on April 18 or 19. Then an update for delivery April 20 - yet when I check the FedEx tracking it seems FedEx has still not picked the package up. I called on the morning of April 21 and spoke to Adam who needed to check on the status and would call me back within 1 hour (his words). 3 hours later I called and spoke to Damian who told me that there are not sure if the package has actually been sent and someone will probably call me back, or I can call back and check the status. Super unimpressed.
