Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Google recommended them and they seemed to have a good price on suitcases. Company stated that they would be dispatched and delivered within 2-3 days. So we ordered them. All seemed to be going well received an email stating our yodel deliver number. Went onto yodel and it said that they havnt received the parcel yet...... which it is still saying a week later. We are going on holiday in a week and still no suitcases so I tried to find a phone number to talk to them.... its in Germany and no dial tone. Tried to contact them by email.... its invalid. So we are over a hundred pounds down, no way to contact them or get a refund. Doubt we will ever receive them to be honest. Never buy from them

Bought a Toscano round Gazebo from this…

Bought a Toscano round Gazebo from this company in march 2022.. was excited to get this and put up onto of my new decking..received the frame but NO cover, tried to get in contact with Deubaxxl...theres no English speaking customer service, just answer machine I German, they always seem to be closed!!. this is a on going challenge. I will not recommend this company....I have just given my money away over £150 to this company...I had to work an extra night shift as a nurse to pay for this.....any suggestions would be well appreciated on how to resolve this...Unhappy customer.

ordered a aircon, website states 2-4 days, but its now 6 working days, still no updates.

Untrustworthy Company

Untrustworthy Company Amazon have dropped them for the item that I bought Stainless Steel Hand Rails I have tried to order another Hand Rail direct from Germany. But cannot do so on their website Forget trying to find a Tel Number answered by a Human let alone some one who speaks English.
Avoid if possible Please let us know if anyone has a
Tel number where one can speak to a Human

Broken item and zero response

Broken item and zero response to request for return and replacement/refund
I ordered 2 wooden sunloungers and 1 arrived broken and unusable. I immediately asked for replacement using the online form and sent photos as attachments in my reply to their automated response. 4 days have passed with zero response. Now messaged on FB and received their ‘unavailable’ reply, so am stuck with a dud piece of wood and its cushion, and £120 out of pocket. It’s now the weekend so probably have to wait till Monday and set aside time to fight this and/or get my money back from the credit card company. Such a shame - the other (unbroken) sunlounger is lovely!

Poor Communication, no responses, late delivery and i might not get my item

Paid for a AC no communication even when i have emailed, Facebook messaged and tweeted then (as they don't have a phone line anywhere) my parcel should have been there today and yet on the tracking data there is no information to say that they even have the item. so YODEL has been waiting 3 days for them to even send it and they said it would be 2-4 days... il update the review if i ever see my item!

Terrible Service - Deuba

Very clever of Deuba to ignore any customer queries once they have your money. Ordered a shed, few parts missing, cannot contact them to get them, just the automated reply as stated in other review. Bought it through amazon so trying to hold them accountable to contact Deuba no response yet. Dont use them, very malicious strategy they have to block any contact. I bet they are not embarrassed by it. Appalling.

Terrible company we ordered a shed for…

Terrible company we ordered a shed for £350 not now suitable for personal reasons.Their site says easy returns, thats a joke, says go to the portal. There is no return link only to make a claim. I have had several generated messages about logistics and delay answering due to shortage of staff yet they took the order and the money immediately.... strange that.
We are still waiting to hear from them as the 14 day return is racing by. I wouldn't ever buy or recommend this company. Does any one want a metal shed all still boxed not even opened for half the price I paid.

Mistrusting and the worse customer service ever

I cannot get hold of anyone to do a returns. Portal does not work, i complained on this site and they replied to say send us an email with Trust Pilot as the subject; still no reply just automated with an answer of how busy.
appalling service and very mistrusting, i will not give up even if i need to use a lawyer. DO NOT USE this company.

Appalling Customer Service

I ordered a small greenhouse for my husband for his birthday, which also happens to be his retirement. The greenhouse was sent via two parcels with two different carriers Yodel & Evri. Delivery was advertised 48 - 72 hours from receiving the order. I ordered on the Tuesday & Yodel delivered their parcel three days later on the Friday. Evri however took ten days in total to deliver. After checking the contents we were six pieces missing. Four pieces of frame & two pieces of polycarbonate units for the door. I was able initially to go to the Deuba Service Portal & choose the option for missing parts. I ordered the six parts & quite clearly stated part 7 & part 8 polycarbonate as well as the others for the frame. I did not receive an email apart from the automated one. Then a couple of days later, I got an Evri tracking number even though I had explicitly asked for a different courier but definitely NOT Evri. I emailed Deuba via their email address online & asked them to confirm all six parts had been sent. I received a reply 72 hours later to confirm this. When the six parts arrived we actually had just four. The polycarbonate units were both missing. I tried to reorder missing parts on the portal again, but this option had now disappeared. I was unable to email through the portal & there was only three options to download an invoice, order the product again & track your parcel. The only contact number is Germany. There is an address for Thretford in Norfolk the UK warehouse but no email or contact number for them. I have emailed Deuba via their online email address, four times in the last six days & absolutely no response whatsoever apart from the automated response. I have looked on Trustpilot at the reviews & noticed that every negative review gets the same automated response. If you email Deuba direct, you also get a different, but never the less automated response. The prices this company charges are very reasonable but the customer service is appalling. You use the company at your peril.

Slow initial response, but good when in action.

I bought an air conditioner from Deuba in the sweltering heat of July. I soon discovered it would not work with my windows, so asked to return it. Whether they were XXXtra busy or not, I do not know, but it was not until September that they seemed to respond to my request. Strangely, after a negative review. However, when I actually made contact with someone in the customer service team they were very helpful - despite problems with collection which appear to be down to YODEL. They did their best to expedite and I have now been fully refunded, so am VERY HAPPY. Perserverence pays off! They lose one star only for the length of time it took.

I ordered an aircon unit which arrived 4 days later, no issues, fantastic and cheaper than anything advertised in UK. That was early July, now just ordered a parasol on Monday, and arrived by Yodel Wed afternoon. I must be one of the luckier customers, but pleased with both purchases and the delivery.

Still awaiting missing parts for my bar…

Still awaiting missing parts for my bar set, some missing parts arrived but still missing lots of other parts. Not responding to emails now and no phone number to contact them. This is going on for nearly 3 months. Have now asked for a full replacement set and still no answer. The whole bar set is useless. Have even asked for a refund! Still no response. Customer service is very poor and everything has to go through the portal and lucky if you get a response. Please help to final resolve this issue please

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I ordered 2 sun loungers over 2 months ago, one arrived perfectly fine. The second was sent without bolts.
I asked for a replacement set of bolts to which they have sent me the complete wrong ones.
I complained again and the 3 weeks its taken to get an answer on the missing bolts they have now said there are no spare parts so a partial refund has been given. but I have now paid 80% of the cost of a sunlounger that is 100% unusable. AWFUL.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Absolute waste of time. I ordered an air con unit ready for the hot weather. At this point it will be here in time for Summer 2023! Do not take anything on their website as truth either, it’s misleading and disingenuous. 2-4 days delivery, make that months. They may as well be a scam.

Did Not Get My Items, Cannot get a Refund

Ordered 2 loungers and a parasol, loungers arrived all be it delivered to wrong address. Parasol still not delivered 2 weeks later, I cannot get any sensible response from the automated contact details, I have emailed the UK address. They are blaming the delivery company as it's not marked as delivered, I have asked for a refund due to non delivery and have been sent an email saying I can get a refund when I have returned the item. Pfffff! ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

I recently bought a greenhouse via…

I recently bought a greenhouse via amazon, only received one part from a 2 part delivery. When left messages to rectify via amazon there is an automated response (fulfilling amazons requirements of a response in 48hrs) asking you to go to a service portal. When you go to service portal it won't allow you to leave a message. Also tried the email address given on these reviews and the same thing. Its impossible to contact them.
