Faulty AC - no real customer services

I bought a Monzana AC 9000 by DEUBA-ES on Amazon.
It arrived with the radiator at the back slightly damaged, the blades not swinging, the timer not working, with a weird smell and the advertised 'heating' mode not even appearing where it should be.
I've asked them questions and after more than 10 back and forth, they still haven't replied to even one of my questions. I highly suspect a bot as they've only given me copy pasted generic answers such as:
- proposing a €30 refund (product cost €265...)
- asking me to return the 25kg AC to a SEUR centre. The same product the delivery guy needed me to carry up the stairs...
- finally proposing to collect the product, re-process it and maybe refund me and then I can buy it again... But for my health I rely heavily on AC and cannot wait that long.
I have suggested that they replace it and, on the day of the delivery, collect the non working one. This is what has been done with many other companies.
But most of all, I've begged them to reply to my very simple questions. I'm suspecting they are waiting for the return period to expire. The problem is that it's not how EU regulations work since I've contacted them within the required timeframe.
EDIT: I've emailed the email given in the reply and so far I got "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to ... Gmail will retry for 46 more hours." Sorry but Trustpilot doesn't allow me to write the email address.

very nice set

very nice set, a bit difficult to assemble (the instruction could be better) and had still strong paint smell when it came. But the furniture is good quality, solid and nice looking.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. Emailed them to follow up on package...No response. Still received nothing. Will not be purchasing from them again. If you need goods in a hurry, do not purchase here.

If you vakue your time , think again

If you have any respect for your time , dont get this product. It took me 3 weekends to build.
I have worked building furniture before , so I have experience. These instructions are impossible to understand. Cheep aluminium will cut your fingers . Unneccsary extra steps. A million screws just so they can save on packaging size. I have never had a worst time building something in my entire life. If you are reading this and smiling thinking " naa , I can handle it " .. you most probably can .. but I promise you will suffer and regret not getting a different one.

End product after assembly is exactly what you would expect from a aluminium greenhouse. You get what u pay for , no complaints there.

Dreadful Company

Ordered a four wheel wheelbarrow arrived parts missing, three times they were going to collect but it never happened, although I waited in loosing a days pay because of it, they will not refund £90 until they receive the returned wheelbarrow which tney never collect. A shambles of a company and dishonest. Phil Moseley.

Does not withstand winds

Purchased this greenhouse in the summer, not suitable for winter winds, everytime there are winds the panels are blown out all across the garden. Purchased this as just getting into gardening but do not waste your money spend that extra and do not make the same mistake I did. Waste of money will be off to the tip this weekend

Disaster Company

Poor service. Ordered a green house only one box arrived. E mailed company twice and they blamed the courier. 11 days after order, nothing. One box , basically half the green house. E mail communication from them is confusing and inaccurate. Stay away from them.

Ordered 5 x plastic garden benches

Ordered 5 x plastic garden benches - all 5 arrived in pieces. The collection was arranged and replacements sent BUT ALL 5 replacements arrived BROKEN. Now they are ignoring all emails. DO NOT USE this company they are totally unreliable,

Should have read these reviews before…

Should have read these reviews before ordering from Amazon. Received an indoor bike trainer but the quick release spindle fractured before I could set it up and there also seemed to be a problem with the locking knob. Amazon authorised the return but the promised return label from the company failed to materialise. I will return to the UK address at my own expense but do not expect any satisfaction. Do not buy or use this company.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. The company is a shambles. Ordered a large garden shed, price seemed ok. Package came in 4 boxes. Was sent packages 2,3 and 4 of 4 of the shed and package 1 of 2 of a coffee table. I mean how useful is that? I emailed them and they said they’d need to collect the coffee table package first. Arrived home to find the yodel driver trying to remove the coffee table and another package that was completely separate from deuba that had just arrived that day, driver said he had been sent to collect 3 packages. I told him it was only one. After weeks of waiting package 1 of 4 did arrive ………. but there was two of them. Whole process has taken 8-10 weeks and the shed still not has been assembled, cost me on labourers as I had to send them away and now winter is setting in so be difficult to build now. Plus I still have an extra package that needs picked up. Couldn’t organis a proverbial in a brewery this lot!!! Can’t review the product as it’s still not built.

Poor quality, bad return policy

*UPDATE: the company sent me a full refund for the item saying I could keep the item/dispose of it, so I am adding a star to my rating. I appreciate the quick response of the customer service.*

I bought an outdoor garden box for storage. The item came and as soon as I touched it I understood the quality was very bad for outdoor storage, especially if compared to other similar boxes (of other brands) I bought the previous year.

To get your money back you need to ship back the item AT YOUR EXPENSES to a warehouse in the UK.

The customer service was unhelpful - they didn't even tell me which companies to use for the shipping or how heavy my item was after I requested it (it's a bulky one, so I cannot measure it, and its weight is not on the website). When I finally managed to weigh my item, I realised that none of the companies indicated on their website was able to return such a large item. I am now left with a new bulky item that I cannot send back to the warehouse and therefore cannot claim my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought a hutch/coop frome these people, it arrived and the quality is completely awful, the wood was very poor quality, it was covered in some kind of white powder, there were cracks all over the wood, and plastic filled knott holes, instead of the inner hutch and back showing on the display as tongue and groove it was the thinnest plywood I have ever seen, none of the joints in the nesting box lid aligned so it lets in water, I am heartbroken at how poor the quality is, and then I found an English site that does one for the same price at a much higher quality, too late. They have offered me £50 back!, that is not even going to cover the wood that I need to make this hutch/coop viable for my pets. Now they tell me to have it ready and packed up for them to collect and refund the price. I am unable to do this.
I would never ever deal with this company again.

Damaged & no contact option

The item delivered was damaged. The “contact us” link on their page leads to an “error” page. I have logged into the service portal and tried clicking the “open a claim” link on the item multiple times but nothing happens. I then emailed back to the email which confirmed the order and have received a response stating they will take long to respond as they have a high influx of “emails” (I am guessing complaints looking at the reviews here and my experience) and am told simply to wait and they actually state not to send follow up emails as it will make things take longer! Ridiculous! I will wait one week and then I am emailing them every single day, haha :) End of story: AVOID this company at all costs!!! Wish I had checked Trustpilot first…

Undelivered parcel

I have ordered from this company Air Condition, soon received email that it have been dispatched. After couple days received message from Yodel that whey planning to deliver. Waited half day at home, no delivery no item. In evening received email that item been delivered. Maybe somewhere, but definitely not in my place. I haven't received this at all. Tried contact Yodel, they suggested to contact seller. Tried contact seller, in first email got response, in next one already waiting for two weeks. Seems like this company have lack of costumer service.
