Target delivery 17th July delivered 4days early with only 1 hours notice entailing mad dash home. Opened box to find that a support bearer for table top split by over tightening during construction. Bought through Amazon and complaint fielded . On request sent pictures to company with close ups of damage. More request from company for part number despite easily identified in photos. Reproduced their instruction manual with part defined in red only to be told part not in warehouse. Transpired table removed from Amazon site and their catalogue Offered me £25 reduction but as disabled needed to pay someone to fix part. In the end forced to accept £32 Very shoddy customer service ( didn't listen to me ) and played me along when they knew it was a discontinued table. Can see why discontinued as very shoddy with holes missing and screws and allen keys made of soft metal and strip. Wood joints misaligned, the list goes on. What a great table if they had played the game and had a better manufacturer and were honest with me.
What ever you do please please don't do any business with this company, they never answer when there's a problem, I'm still waiting for a refund I will probably get it at Christmas ho-ho-ho .
They take there time to do everything apart from take your money , so be warned.
Why can this company respond to good reviews and not bad reviews?
Just shows their total disrespect for their customers and ho have paid money upfront for wrong or damaged products, with absolutely no communication.
Awful customer service. Didn't even send my product and chased for 3 weeks.
0 stars worth. My order never arrived, after 3 emails from me they managed to say that they did not have the product and eventually my money was refunded. Bad communication, I will never buy anything here again. Never had worse service

Absolutely atrocious- the product sent is too small and trying to email them it says it’s not a valid address, trying to use the portal it says I don’t exist as a customer.
The site has no shopping history so I’m now stuck with a cage I can’t use 😡

Bought an XXL lounge set, which is basically a normal lounge set set with 2 extensions to add to it.
Ordering went fine. I got a track and trace for 6 parcels that should arrive "any" day! exciting!
Surprise! only 5 parcels showed up. delivery guy was not aware that there should be 6 parcels. I got parcels 2-3-4-5-6. Thus missing nº1. the one with the screws and material, so I could not begin assembly.
I thought, well these things could happen lets wait a few days... a few days later and the track&trace still showed the same (in transit). So I called them and mailed them.
They were quickly to respond with "oops our bad" and send me a new track&trace for the missing parcel Nº1.
Parcel Nº1 arrived a few days later and assembly could commence!
I quickly found out that they forgot to include the extra screws and feet needed for the 2 extension parts (of the XXL set), so I could only assemble the base set.
Not to mention the color difference in the fabric of the seats of the extension part. just lovely!
I tried to open a claim on their website, but since "lost" parcel Nº1 since the beginning was still "in transit", I got the lovely message that I could not open a claim since not all parts were delivered yet! What a joke! (I just checked, 2 weeks later and it is still in transit!, ha!).
Anyway, called and mailed them again and got the lovely message that they no longer have parts in stock and that they would offer me a 50€ refund to buy the missing parts myself in a hardware store.
They sure know how to keep customers happy!
Never again. Buyers be aware. Dont accept delivery until all parcels are delivered at the same time.

Ordered a sunlounger which arrived within the week but had damage. I contacted customer service.They replied online immediately and organised a replacement. The replacement also arrived with damage so I contacted them again and they agreed to an immediate refund with their apologies. Same day refund on my account. Rick was outstanding in the speed in which he responded and reacted each time. 1st class for service. Can't do do much about damage with International delivery.

I bought a robotic lawnmower on Amazon.de from company Deuba in May 2023. A while ago it started making a lot of noise. I have approached this company (Deuba) who have forwarded me to their own supplier - Wolf-Garten, I still don´t understand why?! Wolf-Garten sent me back to Deuba, who this time informed me that I should contact a Danish company-Groen Service, which is located in another part of Denmark. Groen service has demanded that I had to send the robot to their service and pay shipping costs myself. When I wrote that according to by law they have to bear the cost themselves to fix problems that occurred during the warranty period, they have refused to do so and sent me back to Deuba. I have then asked Deuba to arrange collection of the defective product, then they have completely stopped responding. In the meantime, I have also written with Amazon.de on Facebook (it was the only option), who wrote that it was not their problem at all. Now I'm left with a defective product after being tossed around for over a week and none of the companies involved bother to help me. This is despite the fact that we all live in the EU and should be subject to common European legislation. Do yourself a favour - don´t deal with this company

Ordered a lawn spreader. Took ages to fit together, the instructions for putting in the spacers are contradictory to the poor instruction photos. I followed the photos as instructed, now I have metal against metal on the wheel spindles. Also they have a graduated number system on the handle for the amount of granules being spread out, but there are no instructions to what the numbers mean. I certainly wouldn’t recommend , spend more on a good brand , like Scott’s, I wish I had.

Ordered a aluminium xxl dog crate for my business on the 18/08/2023 still not received item. Tried speaking to chat they can’t recognise my details entered. I have tried emailing the company multiple times no reply. I have contacted yodel in regards to delivery and I can’t do anything, due to no tracking number!

Its been 1 full week of failed promises from this company to supply missing items .
Avoid buying from Amazon who do not check the details of there. Suppliers.
If Deubaxxl read this i have sent 2 more emails to you and with no responce back until 6am today stating item out for delivery more or less the same message as 7days ago

I’ve ordered a Monzana Portable Airconditioner which is faulty and requested for return and refund.
The seller is deceitful and misleading. I was requesting for a free collection to return the item for more than a week now. The seller is unreliable, made a unvalid booking which led us wait for whole day at house without the item being collected. This has happen THIRD time now.
I’m only asking for a collection and refund its very simple however they are taking ages to reply and making it more complicated. I'm suspecting they are waiting for the return period to expire.
The contact number they provided for return is even dodgy and uncontactable. They cannot provide a valid UK number when the return address is in fact in the UK.
SCAMMER! Avoid at all cost! Terrible Service!

Ordered a swimming pool water pump 7 days ago from this company, what they delivered was a box containing a plug “literally a plug” nothing else. I paid £139.95 luckily via credit card so I should be able to reclaim it back BUT it goes without saying that I would not recommend this rip of company to anyone “STAY WELL AWAY” any comments you see in the reviews that are positive are more than likely “fake accounts” don’t get sucked in. This was recommended by Google so as far as I’m concerned Google hold some responsibility for this.

My partner ordered over a month ago, tried to contact over 5 times but cannot get passed the robot messenger, where it states my refund has been issued without asking any details. When tried to call it is a foreign number and cannot get through. Tracking number non existent on courier website yet states ‘in transit’ on this website. Stay away from this site, spent over £160 on an air con unit for it to never arrive.

I ordered 2 sun loungers to enjoy the recent heat wave, one came with a piece at the back broken and the other has scratches all over it despite it coming in what looks to be its original packaging! Now I have been trying to log a claim on their service portal for over a week and every time I have tried to enter my order number and post code it keeps saying customer not recognised despite originally making an account when I ordered, I’ve tried on both my phone and computer and even a friends phone. Now the return window is closed and there’s no number or even email to contant and I’m left with 2 sun loungers that I paid over £150 for that I can’t use or send back!!!!
Update - Emailed account provided, getting sent replacements free of charge, Ellen was very helpful. Just a shame originals came damaged and service portal wasn’t working hence only 3 stars.

I bought a pool filter (pump + filter) in middle may 2023. I've received only the pump! So I needed the filter quickily, I re order the filter and cancel the 1st order. when the packet arrived, ther were only the pump, again!!! So I denied the packet with the carrier (GLS). Now I'm still waiting for refund for the 2nd order! they say the packet has been received, but it doesn't!! I've produced the carrier document saying it has been denied at arrival, but nothing to do, I can't have the refnd!!! There is a big big organisation problem in this company and now I have more than 200 euros lost!!! I really, really not recommanded this company!!
