It's a shame as their prices are reasonable and have a good range, however I bought some garden furniture and the price mysteriously increased by £13! I looked again and it's still on at the lower price. Customer service is through the online portal which doesn't allow you to query anything, the choices are to return it as faulty. Very poor customer service.

Said delivery 3-4 days.
Still no tracking available after 8 days. No response from customer services. VERY POOR

I am struggling to return a metal shed that is impossible to put together. Email after email. Promised three times to collect each time I had been lied to. Bought through Manomano. Been over a month now and still no refund. Shocking service. Deuba are liars. If they don't collect they don't have to refund and they hope you just give up. We'll I'm not going to. My money was returned to me via my bank. Thank you HSBC. Needless to say the shed was never collected and after waiting ten days as requested by Manomano it is now languishing at the local tip. Dueba finally reply to this comment but as usual I don't believe they have any integrity.

Product has arrived broken. I have tried to contact the Deuba branch in Norfolk and there is no contact number to call them on. Just an email, with automated reply.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering a green house. Was advised that there would be 2 parcels for the green house and they could come at different deliveries so far only one has and my wife was in to receive it. I checked on the yodel tracking site and it says I have received the parcels. Haven’t opened it and it has been lying for 3 days, but by the weight of the parcel I am sure it is the polycarbonate sheets. I no it is is only 3 days but it is frustrating. The worst thing is I usually check reviews for goods. They can be a mixed bag of people saying whether the product is good or bad. Buck the reviews on here are all negative and all 4-5 star ones are in a foreign language. More full me.

I can only warn everyone. I ordered a sofa for the garden. It is quite huge and it comes in 6 parcels. I was aware of not all parcels arriving on the same day. 4 parcels arrived on one day - and afterwards nothing. No parcels, no information from the seller. After 5 days I wrote several emails, and finally got a tracking link. To find out, that the parcels have the wrong address and are stored in a warehouse 200 miles away. Of course they were the opinion it is my fault - how can that be? It was ONE order - they subdivided it in 6 parcels. And when 4 of them had the correct address, it is obviously not my fault. The courier (at the wrong place) said that they need the order from the sender to send it to the correct address. So again I contacted Deuba. Nothing besides standard emails with prewritten messages. After two reminders an email that the courier was informed and everything OK. But still - nothing, no delivery. I asked for several days the courier and sent several reminders to Deuba. The courier never received an update with the address and after two weeks they returned the parcels to the sender.
I am now here, paid 830 EUR, have four huge parcels with which I cannot do anything - and even the return doesn't work. I am asking now for a pick up of the four parcels and to refund my money. No answer besides again a standard mail. But no confirmation of the parcels being picked up etc. This is just not working, Deuba! I am afraid to have lost my money - and 830 EUR is not a small amount. You have to improve so much.
Please be warned to deal with this seller. There are similiar products with similar prices and better service.
I would strongly advise not purchasing from this company. If you are absolutely 100% sure you will not need to return the goods then go ahead and purchase. If for any reason you may need to return your goods then do not buy from this company. It took me 37 days to sort a return, 81 e-mails, 12 phone calls and I was locked in my home for 4 days waiting for Yodel to complete the return pick up. Every time Yodel arrived without the documents to complete the return. I ended up having to create my own documents and video record the whole pick up so I had proof of the pick up. Deuba's customer service team are poor, very poor, they even messed up the refund, eventually managed to get my money back, but it really was a struggle. You either want to look after your customers or you just do not care and Deuba's approach to customer care is the latter. Amazon makes Deuba look like a bunch of amateurs.
Ordered a 6x4 shed. (25-30kg)
Looked ok in pics but decided to return it.
THINK TWICE !!! Before ordering a large item/s from here, may only cost £5.00 for delivery but will cost £20/30+ to return depending on courier and you have to source the delivery company yourself as Deubaxxl DO NOT do this for you. Maybe they hope customers will not bother as it's too costly and a FAFF! Therefore they get your money and don't have to worry to much about return cost or admin !
Needless to say I didn't bother to return my items (1 item but 2 packages, so it's double the return cost) and wont be buying from them again.
paid 300 pounds for a garden shed. Item has parts missing , screws that have to be screwed in the opposite way to the instructions and the front doesn/t meet up so we can't fix the doors. Tried to contact the UK number . All four extensions not answered, Not sure if I will get my money back like I have asked for, They are welcome to come and dismantle what is already up and repack it
Do not buy from this company absolutely shocking customer service. We purchased deck chairs which broke within a month of purchasing them. They will not refund and have said that they will replace the parts if they have them and we have to repair. Not cheap either!
Received goods that were damaged, refund process taking forever, plus found out can get the exact same product on Ali Express for one quarter the price and same delivery window :(
Do not buy from this company. I purchased a parasol (£119) which proved not to be weatherproof, the winding mechanism rusted and broke. I supplied photos as evidence as requested. I was asked to return the item. Because of its size parcelshops would not accept.
Dueba arranged to collect , ( so they tell me) by Hermes, DPD and Yodel on seven agreed dates over a three month period. Noone ever came to collect.
Deuba -UK Customer Care Team are un trustworthy.

I ordered one shed. But sadly shed arrived with missing part. And, took around 1month to get replacement. I didnt want more, hassle which item, had some dents/buckleds etc. Look like used or ex display I didn't care, anymore till rain starts.it is metal shed which is, Pepsi can probably thicker than these worse, part is takes rain water from middle connections.. I Won't recommended that shed
