Unable to obtain refund. No contact numbers.

Poorly packaged product.
Shocking company to deal with. I have tried to return a product today and was turned away by Century Logistics despite having all the correct returns paperwork in place. No customer contact telephone number on your website or anywhere else in the customer portal. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They are Scamming people plain and simple.

Total scam company

Total scam company
Sent me a coffee table which is used, dirty and faulty.
I’ve gone into my deubaxxl account to process the refund but is won’t do anything.
They have no contact email or any customer service number.
I don’t see any possible way of getting this item returned and getting back my money.
Ladies and gents AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Awful

I've had an awful experience. I ordered a metal shed, it arrived flat packed in undamaged boxes. Only when unpacked did it become apparent that most of the panels had been dented by the packing tape (the metal was very thin). I wasn't too bothered by this, it was a fairly cheap shed and wasn't expecting top quality.
So I spent 2 days erecting the shed, only to find one of the very last pieces was missing - which happened to be a roof panel. A shed with an incomplete roof is of course completely useless to anyone.
I thought that it would be simple to contact customer services and get the missing part sent. However, they refused to do so and instead offered me a £25 refund. I refused and was then offered a £40 refund, and then a full refund, if I dismantle and return this damaged shed with a missing roof panel to them. So I am now expected to spend a further day or two dismantling it and re-packaging it at my own expense. I wonder why they want it back - so they can send it to some other unsuspecting punter?
The customer service was just appalling - why they won't just send me the missing piece which I paid for I do not understand. The whole experience has wasted days of my precious time already and is going to leave me well out of pocket.

Avoid

Bought a gazebo and after being up for the weekend we came outside to find it had broken the quality is poor the customer service isnt great either I feel my case wasnt resolved they ignored my emails and have sent out another gazebo which I didn't want !!
I have one from Very.co.uk which has been up in all weathers and still going strong I will not use this company again

Ordered a Dueba bistro table

Ordered a Dueba bistro table. When it arrived, the top tiles were chipped. The info was such that I should take to the post office and pay for postage and if it was deemed my fault, then I would get a refund. Firstly, the table was so heavy that there was no way I (as a 70+ year old) could carry that table anywhere and. I wrote to the suppliers suggesting they send a courier to collect from me and from there on in, service levels were very good. I was told to package it up and choose a date when Yodel would pick it up. Knowing what Yodel is like, I didn’t hold my breath, but they actually came on the correct day to collect it. I have been told my refund is in the process of being paid to me. So far the service from this company has been very good. Thank you!

Read reviews before you buy any of this so called furniture wish I did before I bought it

Ordered hanging balcony table. Opened packaging and inner packaging was all over place I thought here we go what else is wrong. So got instruction manual out to check parts as you do before building. No fixings just wood and quality of workmanship was rubbish. I emailed asked for spare parts or a swap. Now this is funny they asked for photos. of missing parts maybe they thought they would magically appear for a photo. So after few emails one said return various said I’d get refund. Eventually got refund but was left with a table not fit for purpose and had to dispose of it avoid this stuff coz doesn’t look like picture when you get it. Surely there must be something in place to check they are fit for purpose before dispatch. It’s this type of behaviour that puts me off shopping online. I should be sending them an invoice to get rid of their rubbish.

Gazebo - waste of materials, time and money

I purchased a gazebo - when arrived none of the parts fitted together, all went well with a return, collected within a few days and a replacement sent.

What has made give a one star is the replacement arrived and it’s exactly the same problem - I cannot even raise a return in the portal as there is a claim open - no response to emails.

Just want my money back and the boxes of absolute rubbish to be collected

This company advertises on the Amazon…Avoid them like the plague

This company advertises on the Amazon platform selling garden furniture, after buying a patio set consisting of table & six chairs the items arrived in undamaged boxes, on opening I found the table had appeared to have been erected previously causing the lining up pins to bend, with the corresponding holes enlarged meaning the table was uneven, strangely spare metal pins were included which would suggest the item had been previously returned, also the rear leg strut on one chair was completely broken off, contacted supplier who assured once I sent pictures and part number taken from the instructions that these parts would be replaced, all packaging was subsequently disposed of. Following several exchanges and the resending of pictures a spare part for the seat of the chair was sent, the wrong part, again contact was made but seller refused to send any replacements, claiming parts were not available but full refund was offered if items returned in original packaging, otherwise only a partial refund of £40 could be offered. Do not do business with this company, I wish I had not.

Great service from Deuba !!!

Ordered a seat pad for our garden bench ,from start to finish cannot fault this companies ethos ! Was given regular updates on the whereabouts of my item and when I wasn't home at time of delivery left it safely with my neighbour instead of chucking over fence like most delivery people these days !!thank you Deuba will highly recommend your company and will use again without hesitation ...also product was great !

slot together shelf units… not fit for purpose

I ordered 2 slot together shelf units for my new shed.
They got delivered to the wrong address, cannot contact them easily. I eventually tracked them down and started to assemble. Or try to. What a flimsy piece of rubbish they are. they will not fit together without engineering intervention and bend when tapped with a mallet as instructed.An altogether very poor kit which is on its way back to them. From the reviews above, im not hoping for much success in obtaining a refund.

WARNING do not buy from this company

WARNING, do it buy from this company.
I purchased a gazebo and after 6 uses the locator catches broke on 2 sides, making it unusable and not fit for purpose.
I sent photos of the malfunction which they requested, they then asked me to return it which I would have to pay for packaging.
Many people either get no refund or are still waiting weeks later.
I am surprised they are still trading.
I wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with this company. AVOID at your cost.

Gazebo & Camping Table

Purchased a Gazebo which seem reasonable quality but I also ordered side panels which didn't get delivered with the Gazebo. The customer services to try and find out when these might arrive is terrible.

I also brought a portable picnic beach which arrived damaged and I asked for a replacement or refund to which they offered me £15.

Waiting for my issues to be resolved...

I would just like to say what a…great company

I would just like to say what a fantastic company nothing is to much trouble for this company ordered a fire engine bed for my grandson he can't wait to go to bed he thinks it's fantastic and so does his grandad quality is really good and so is the communication with the company everything on the German side was fantastic just let down by the English side delivery who managed to lose one of the three boxes contacted dubai to explain the situation whom stait away email us to apologise and told us that the replacement box had been dispatched great company just a pity about the English side yodel the worst delivery company ever grandson and grandad really happy now

Ordered a full patio furniture set

Ordered a full patio furniture set, fire pit and storage box all matching. One box of patio furniture was missing. No apology or explanation given. It fell to me to contact Yodel and they had no idea where it was. Very poor customer service, even managed to mess up the refund despite me returning all the items which took weeks to sort out. Partial refund given at first, more confusion from customer services and eventually sorted after more e-mails. Still have no patio furniture though so back to square one?!? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Poor customer service

Hi.
When I started to mount the furniture I realized that I was missing a lot of accessories to be able to continue to mount my furniture. It’s been several weeks since I contacted customer service twice but no response. My product is always under warranty as I bought it in European area it is not normal that customer service does not respond. I’m gonna have to go to a hardware store so I can buy the accessories I miss. When you buy a piece of furniture you expect to have all the accessories it’s not normal to have to spend money to buy the missing pieces

Bad Customer service and bad quality items

Bought a Gazebo from Deuba and after first day being up rain collected in the canopy like ton bag of sand and collapsed the metal poles this is a design fault of the canopy and after few emails got told I've shouldn't have put it up in rain but this was the reason for buying the Gazebo to keep a birthday party dry.
So the item I bought is not fit for purpose and the customer service is terrible as generic emails get copied and pasted and sent to you that have nothing to do with your original questions

Dreadful sun loungers!!

Ordered 2 wooden sun loungers and they came in about 100 pieces no cushions just a piece of fabric!! Absolute waste of money would need a joiner to put them together!! Complete waste of £130 they are totally dreadful. I wish I had read the reviewsas there is no way of contacting them.

Do not use this company!

I ordered a garden shed. It arrived damaged with many bits bent out of shape and additionally the plastic coating scratched in many parts, missing in some places and in excess in other places. 24 hours after emailing I have still had no reply. There is no way to contact them by phone. I found a way to contact through their order porthole, but you have to take the item to a DPD drop off point. Which is going to be very difficult for me given it´s an extremely heavy item, I have no car and have an injured shoulder. Additionally their automatic return label system is not drawing the auto information to generate the label, it is just toally blank, so I am now waiting fro a response on this before I can even return the damaged item. Would never use this company again. Wish i had seen the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from them
