Pretty good actually. I debated for ages about whether to buy steamer deck chairs and cushions from here, as I'd seen awful reviews, but the alternative was another company with varied reviews. I bit the bullet, got a decent price, quickish delivery (within 5 days) and they're lovely. All the parts were there, just a couple of small niggles: one of the elastic straps on a cushion is a little tight, so it fits over the chair, but with a bit of wrangling. One of the screw holes is slightly misaligned, so the brass fixture doesn't fit flush with the wood on one of the arms, it sticks out a couple of mm. No biggie. So not perfect, but I'm pretty pleased, especially as they were a decent price compared to many others I've seen. The quality is good and they are comfy.
Terrible product!! We brought a corner sofa and had nothing but issues- parts were missing, the material of the sofa is not as advertised, cheap, brittle so just breaks, not fit for purpose. Customer service are useless and take ages to respond!!! Do not purchase from this company- go elsewhere!!
I'm not one for writing reviews, but felt compelled as thought other people would be panicking like I was as I bought the chiminea before reading the reviews and panicked. I emailed customer service and received a response which was very reassuring. They shipped to the UK in just under a week and I received regular tracking updates. My item arrived in perfect condition and I love it!! Excellent customer service! Please don't let the negative reviews sway you from buying from this company!
I have recently brought an item by mistake and are trying to return lt, the return process can not be followed and the get out options will cost me ££ to return the item.
It seems to have been designed for this purpose, so disgruntled that I will not use amazon again..
Excellent customer service. I've ordered a bench from them for the garden. They honoured a voucher code after I had ordered and also when the product developer a small crack in the wood the following year, they offered me some money back. I can't fault their service and efficient response times. I will definitely order again from them in the future.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I got a chiminea in broken pieces. Top, poker and gates of it. I was told I would sent replacement parts. It was delivered to my porch first time no signature I was at work. For replacement parts I had to be home to sign, so I took a day off work, I work as a Nurse, I can't work from home. Never came. Contacted Deuba no response. Worst customer service ever and I spent 200 euro on a cast iron chiminea arrived to me with cracks all over, I have to hire a skip to dispose of. They won't let me return it. Worst company ever and worst customer service. Stay away.

Not sure why they are getting bad reviews for customer service..they have been beyond reproach. The reason for only 3 stars is as follows.
Bad news... nowhere is it made clear until after the order has been placed that items ship from Germany and will attract significant extra charges at point of delivery.
Good news- I contacted them saying I found this unacceptable and would be refusing to accept delivery. Their response was quick, courteous and efficient and my full refund was received within days.
Of course the lunacy known as Brexit has caused this issue, not Deuba, but they need to be more upfront on their UK website about the new charges. It is quite possible, as their prices are keenly competitive and their delivery quick, that I would have accepted paying duty had I known about it at time of ordering.
Bought 2 reclining chairs supposed to be matching--after several emails they eventually said they would send a courier to replace with the matching chair --it never happened and they were rude on the email. Avoid at all costs
They took payment for a garden furniture set, I even had the confirmation email through. They then cancelled the order a few days before delivery and out the price up £100 stating that they couldn’t find my first order.
Returned the shelving I ordered from Germany as the quality was very poor. The shelves were unstable and unsafe once put together. I've paid £45 for a wobbly disaster. Plus an additional £9 in customs duty. Will never import again! It's been an expensive mistake. Had to pay for it's return to Germany as well (£16.25) and do lots of paperwork before I could send it back via Hermes.
Sent a metal shed with missing parts so sent it back for a replacement. Replacement arrived with missing parts also. There was no option to return on the site as I had already returned it before so I emailed them and got no reply
Appalling service - I purchased a gazebo in September for my grandsons birthday only to find the pole snapped within a couple of days of putting it up.
Contacted them via email and attached picture of broken pole.
Whilst they were apologetic was told refund will be made and item not to be returned which since September has to date not been processed as yet.
There response was item not sent back and forwarded me returns label to send back which has been done yet still no refund.
So glad I didn't dispose the item as wanted to make sure refund was made before I did it.
Their emails are very vague whilst being difficult at the same time time.
Please avoid purchasing from this company
So so disappointed, purchased in June, a present for my 81 year old partner, he was so excited with it only for a few months later to have to be chasing the panes which had blown over into neighbouring gardens. As fast as we put them back they blow out again. With the winter approaching fast, just worried sick especially as now my partner is unable to do the repairs as he has now been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Any help you can suggest would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I ordered a gazebo for almost €200 for my French home via Amazon.fr. Delivery was on time. We erected the gazebo in late July 2020. Looked good. On removing the canopy to take Gazebo down in September it split - 60 cm rip along a fault line in the material. I have tried to contact them via the Deuba Website on several occasions to request a replacement canopy. Deuba consistently ignoring my complaint. This has rendered this very expensive item useless. I would advise not to buy from this company as you are totally unable to contact them if you have faulty goods.
I bought a greenhouse which needs returning, and Debauxxl have said DPD will collect. I waited in all day 8-6pm yesterday and no one turned up. I contacted Debauxxl and are saying I have to give them another 5/6 days notice for another collection. This is not great at all.
I have no phone number to contact either.
DO NOT waste your time and money on these chair's.
I purchased 4 and they are very flimsy and cheap looking.
I complained about one of the chairs which was damaged and they offered me £12 back which I accepted but 10 email's later I still have not received it.
I have now re sold them.
The after sales does not exist.
It is all in German so to me who doesn't speak that language is impossible.
I eventually just emailed in my English but like I said please don't waste your money..
I received a damaged table and when I call them they asked me to return it, so I did, then they sent me another damaged table. When I called them to complain, they were unpleasant, unprofessional and they didn't refund the full price that I payed for. As a result I have backpain because I had to take the table twice to dpd and I lost 20 euros.
