EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I bought two recliners. They turned up with pieces missing and with the wrong parts. I had only realised this to be the case once I had erected both chairs. I was told that the correct parts could be sent and was directed to my log in on their website where nothing worked. I must have sent about 6-8 emails asking for help only to receive a standard returns email with paid postage. I resigned myself to the fact that I had to return the built recliners . However as the company had arranged the courier so therefore they had to instruct the collection. Sadly , I had established communication with Deuba was impossible. I still have the poor quality chairs......In essence, in my opinion they had no intention of resolving the issue. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if you expect quality product and a level of customer service
Ordered a patio rattan and table back in may which arrived after putting 2getha realised I had the wrong table size and wrong glass size. After backwards and forward emails waiting almost a week for deuba to reply each time they said they will send new glass to fit table and that is was on it's way. After another month still no glass then to be told the glass isnt in stock and if a send back I will get refund. Well the table has been sat in my garden for nearly 3 months with no glass to then get sent some flat cardboard that we had to make up into boxes flat pack the table again and arrange collection. This company is terrible, communication is the worst I've known. Please avoid.
I ordered a bathroom cupboard but was sent a childs bicycle! When I emailed the company they said they couldn't locate the order at all, despite being given the shipping number. I then raised a claim through PayPal and have returned the bicycle they sent, which they now say they havent received! I have been trying to get my money back for about two months so far! Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money!
I bought a Daybed, arrived with missing pieces and broken welding. Asked for partial refund the company refused after 3 months and now want me to pay to return the item which will cost 1/3 of the original price. Absolute scam
I purchased two reclining chairs from this company. They are of poor quality and uncomfortable. They stated returns are at customers cost. The chairs were £80 and the cost of return to Germany would be over £65, hardly worth it.
The chairs was also made in China and not Germany !!
Don’t bother ordering from this company as it’s not worth the risk.
My order was delivered promptly and the quality of the suit cases was impressive.
However the after sales and customer service is poor which is a real shame.
I have Emailed the company several times over a fault to one of the cases but sadly they have not replied.
I bought a garden sofa and a garden storage box which was flimsy and misshapen. The garden sofa armrest table was broken and the plastic ‘rattan’ is cheap and fraying. The base of the table/footstool quickly fell off and the whole thing soon rusted. I ordered several replacement parts but received the wrong ones. Eventually I got fed up of taking the sofa apart and rebuilding it, so asked to return it which Deuba ignored. They told me they only dealt with queries through their new portal which I couldn’t log in to. I told them I wanted a partial refund to which they agreed and they have not paid. Do not buy their shoddy goods.
Just forget it. 2 storage boxes delivered broken. Been emailing company for almost 3 months now. Was told refund will take 5 days but it’s been over a month still nothing. If you are thinking about ordering from them don’t bother. You will end up paying double to buy it again somewhere else.
Damaged goods - no phone number and when you search on google and find a german number and cal at 12pm it autoanswers and say we are closed please call between 9am and 3pm - the online form on their website doest work when you put the information in

I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this company, I purchased an item from ManoMano, it was sent to me and it came from DEUBA in Germany, the item was delivered within two weeks, on the second week I had it one of the legs broke off, so I contacted Deuba, they asked for pictures of the item that broke, I sent them pictures, the item was very poorly made and was not fit for purpose, they then sent DPD top collect it, when they came they would not take it as I had not packed it, the original packaging I had disposed of, this item was a large sun lounger, So Deuba sent back DPD with a large amount of Cardboard so that I could package up the item, then they send DPD back to collect the item, they said they would refund me, six weeks later they had not refunded me the cost of the item, they told me that their warehouse had not received it, and asked me for a tracking number, I had no tracking number as it was not me that arrange anything it was Deuba, and DPD did not give me a tracking number they just took away the item, now they have told me that they are arranging to collect the item, I no longer have it, DPD took it away six weeks ago. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, INVOLVED IN THE PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING. KEEP CLEAR OF THEM. The item I got was not fit for purpose it was extremely badly made, and poor quality material, as one of the legs just broke off. They are obviously selling GARBAGE.
I ordered two sun loungers, one when opened was broken, tried to get n contact, eventually weeks later got a return label, product returned and now nothing.
Summer will be over and no Lounger.
Terrible customer service and no contact numbers, would stay well clear but have to get my money back first.

I am not the best DIY person and I purchased two garden chairs, unfortunately one had a missing piece and me being silly did not realise until I had built one of the chairs and had half built the second one.
I went on the website and I saw they don't have spare parts and they only offer a refund. I really did not want a refund, after spending so long building one of the chairs and they were beautiful! So I politely selected the refund option but on the comments I said I did not want a refund, that I really wanted the spare part.
Within 24hours, they had posted a spare part all the way from Germany, they were so kind! So please stop complaining and just contact them. They are a great company, I also bought a table from them, no issues!

It came with the table broken and a lot of scratches.

So I ordered a flat pack sideboard, which was to arrive in 2 packages. 1st package contained 1/2 sideboard, 2nd package contained...... An oil filled radiator. The website is too rigid to allow you to get what you want them to do and they don't respond quickly to emails. Still waiting for a response. Avoid them........... Update: so several emails later, radiator is on its way back to Germany and second correct parcel is in transit. 🤞We'll see. So a further update.... 2nd parcel arrived. Decided to put it together today...... Opened it and base of the unit is cracked/split. God give me strength. 😵😵😵😵. You have been triple warned.

I fulfilled my contract and paid the money in full.
Deuba did not supply the whole product and refused to make good the shortfall.
Claimed it was out of warranty, but the missing piece's warranty has not yet begun - I do not have it. 111111Deuba are determined to deprive me of it, permanently - the definition of theft.
