Amazing quality all the way around. The plugins they offer are great, the customer service is fast and they offer very good pricing compared to the value of what they offer.

Infiltrator 2 is amazing! Very versatile and incredible for making unique effects. A bit complex, but that gives you a large amount of freedom and flexibility. And the presets are great if you don't want to get too crazy with all the knobs!

Also, Devious Machines have excellent customer service and listen to their users. I'll be purchasing more :)

Devious Machines' Infiltrator 2 is an amazing apex predator of putting an abundance of awesome ideas into ONE plugin and having it all work smoothly with an intuitive, accessible layout! One of my fave features is truly the 🎲 button (goes beyond standard A-Z/Category selection), 'cuz you're gonna want surprises with all the built-in presets, add-on packs, and the fun you'll be cooking up. WHAT'S MORE, support is stellar. The team — and especially Scott as of recent — have been reliable with my queries over the long-term. I feel listened to when I share feature requests, ask how to get better use out of it, etc.

This is exceptional, because various other plugins have fallen by the wayside when the makers failed to keep engaging with the community and improving the product. But Devious Machines has a great track record — I care about tools that can continue evolving not just over months but years, amassing a (deservedly so) dedicated customer base and a lot of wild glitchin' along the way. Scott is a fantastic ambassador and bridge, and helps me feel invested in what the future will bring for Infiltrator... I can't wait to see and hear what a v3 will bring.

Devious Machines consistently delivers powerful and intuitive audio plugins that are an absolute joy to use. Their tools have become essential in my music production process. As a bonus: Over the years, I've only needed customer service once to transfer a license, and the experience was fast and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality audio plugins!

Response time was super quick , and my issue was fixed literally in the same week and got the beta as soon as it came out. Honestly best plugin support I ever got

Contacted Devious Machines, via email, to get help registering one of their products I had bought from a third-party supplier. The process was responded to and completed, very quickly. Friendly communications and enthusiastic. Their products are excellent and a joy to work with. The only downside I’d say at this point is, they don’t have anything left for me to buy! But I am sure that will be just a matter of time. Thanks again for the great service, and outstanding product!

Contacted Devious Machines, on a Friday, to ask about their education pricing. Received an automated response and assumed I would hear back from them the following week.

Nope. They got back to me within 30min. While my communication with Devious Machines was only via email, Scott was pleasant and came across as enjoying his job…I’ve dealt with companies where their reps seem to be robot like or like they didn’t want to be there.

Have since made a purchase and look forward to be a longtime customer.
