Really quick delivery, all melts smell lush and can’t wait to use them

Ordered some carpet freshner and they send me a sample of coconut milk and lavender snap bar and that was me hooked. i have since purchsed more wax melts and room spray and diffusers. the smell coming from them is amazing, i also love the fact that they are vegan friendly, super fast delivery aswell, ordered the mon was delivered the wednesday, highly recommend to all my friends

I submitted an order for 8 carpet fresheners from Devon Wick, only to realise about 5 minutes later that two contained eucalyptol which is toxic to cats. I have two cats, so I panicked and sent a quick message to them asking if they would kindly sub out the two containing eucalyptol. Not only did they do that for me, but my order arrived 24 hours after I submitted it! Living on an island, that turn around is unheard of!

Quick delivery, great deals. All of the wax melts smell incredible and last for ages. Will definitely be ordering again. Also the packaging is gorgeous!

These are the nicest smelling and long lasting/strongly scented wax melts I've ever used. Have tried a LOT of wax melts from different companies but these are far superior. Added to that is their great customer service. Won't buy from anywhere else now

The scent of the wax melts were amazing! I purchased the autumn cottage scent and its just so lovely, perfect for the cosy season. The lemon and lavender car air freshener is also lovely, my car smells delightful.

Lovely scents and speedy delivery

The best wax melts I’ve ever had! Even once the candles blown out of an evening, the next morning the house still smells of the scent. Most other brands, once the candles out the scent goes with it! Even the drawer I keep my wax melts in smells lush and they’re all in boxes! Recommend by a friend and now you have another forever customer ❤️

Wonderful company and products. I had a misfortune of Royal Mail delivering an empty parcel (obviously tempered with and goods stolen) but Angel dealt with the incident quickly and with empathy. A replacement order was sent and received in no time. Thank you for the great customer service

They never disappoint!! Every scent is unreal and no other wax melts ever compare,scent lasts for long time and is strong. The carpet fresheners smell just as good! They also make the whole room smell absolutely amazing

After purchasing melts from another couple of companies for a few years, thought I would try Devon Wick as they were very reasonably priced.
Received the 17 snap bars I ordered after about 10 days. I have tried 7 different scents so far and they smell of either air freshener or disinfectant, nothing like the scent description. I will try the other 10 scents but not hopeful.
The positive is the smell only lasts about 30 minutes not the hours that other companies wax melts last.

I couldn’t recommend this company more - for a start the smell quality is incredible. Lasts so much longer than any other wax melts I’ve used and range of scents is amazing. There was a slight mix up and I received someone else’s order, Devon wick replied within the hour with and arranged for my original order to be sent out. The customer service standard is second to none and Angel was so helpful in assisting me. Thank you to the Devon wick team for a swift resolution- I’m a very happy customer.

Ordered some lovely soy melts this week! They have an extensive range of truly lush scents! Order arrived super quick and each bar is packaged in fun, recyclable boxes! Melted a few chunks of Karma and have been drifting away on its gorgeous scent all day! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Great price too!!! Thank you!

Really disheartened by this company. I have ordered from here a few times and have absolutely loved the products. I’ve even recommended them and gifted products to family and friends who now purchase.. up until my most recent order where two of my wax melt bars were NOT in the delivery. Mistakes happen so I sent a kind message to the company.. they responded once to ask for proof of the packaging to which I did reply right away, since then I have sent several messages, all which have been read and ignored. Understandably wax melts are not the end of the wold, but when more than half of your order is missing, you’re on maternity leave so money is tight, and you’re getting ignored by someone who owes you something which you bought, it’s not okay. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again, sadly.
