I would like to give a Big Thanks to Sharon Stevens

I would like to give a Big Thanks to Sharon Stevens and DGM solicitors.
They went above and beyond for me to recover my compensation which was made to be a tricky and long process.

Through Sharon Stevens persistence and hard work she recovered all of my compensation within a short period of time and took on an ongoing case while settling the first one, As the previous solicitors was unsuccessful in closing the case, and Sharon recovered all of the compensation on both cases kept me updated at all times and responded to every E-mail I sent.

Five star service, I can’t fault it.
In the unfortunate events I get involved in any accidents again DGM would be my first call, I would highly recommend Sharon Stevens.

Thank you for everything!!

High fees

The fees are very high which they charge , they take nearly half of the amount where other company’s take max 15 - 20 % ie toataly amount £1600 which after fees I taken £900 .

The overall experience of having to…

The overall experience of having to deal with a solicitor's has been better than expected. The communication throughout was brilliant given that they are very busy!
The office hours are the normal 9-5 however they will do the utmost to get back to you asap, In my case Sharon should of FINISHED at 5 but called me back alot later.
I believe Sharon went above and beyond and I would recommend her/them to others.
The only down side it's a drawn out process however, this is to be expected with the amount of justification that needs to be done. For example the solicitor has to justify why you needed physiotherapy as this does form part of a claim.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!. I was able to talk my concerns over with Sharon and then leave it all to her. She kept me updated with emails and updated me with any new information. Very easy to talk to, proffesional,very friendly and extremely helpful. It's just a shame I couldn't meet her to thank her in person.

Excessive fees

Excessive fees, no clear identification of amount removed from my claim in the lead part of the letters received. Hidden costs not made clear at time, hidden in small print and only disclosed once claim finalised.
Great communication with Rachel Hughes @ DGM but poor outlay of letters and communication from the company, placing important information in the leading part of the letter, but am assured this will be addressed
Receiving only £902 from a claim paid out at £1500 seems harsh, even after aparent discounted rates of 25%
Overall congratulations to Rachel for her hard work, a great members of the team, but improvements need to be made at top level.
