Thank you for your review, much appreciated! we are glad you had excellent service thats lovely to hear. On your invoice point I think there may have been a slight misunderstanding. One of our team should have explained our payment terms to you prior to us doing your work and then you should have received an email sent to all clients detailing our company decision to stop accepting cheques, it was for very valid reasons which I am happy to explain, Im so sorry this was not made clear. The message you received attached to your email invoice is a standard one going out with all invoices.
As far as I know you do not have to accept our T&Cs to review our service, but it may be Trustpilot's T&Cs you have to accept - I will ask them and check it out! I will give you a ring tomorrow and explain further.
