Great customer service
DHB Oral healthcare had great customer service. I ordered some products in error and Jade helped me quickly resolve the issue and provide the items required. She arranged for the old order to be collected and the new order to be delivered quickly. Great work!

Excellent service but totally unnecessary amount of packaging
The low rating does not reflect the service (which was good) I received when placing my order which arrived very quickly.
I was very disappointed that my order for 2 packs of interdental brushes was sent in a large box with packaging, these items could have easily been despatched in a small Jiffy bag. I realise that you were reusing packaging (very commendable) but the size of box used was ridiculous.

Prompt delivery
I ordered 2 packs of inter-dental brushes yesterday from DHB and they have arrived today, well packaged as well and cheaper than Amazon.
I did find their website a bit slow, patience was needed.

I find that these are the best interdental brushes around and DHB's prices are the best I could find online. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is because delivery took so long - 5 weeks. If DHB could sort that issue out, I'd give 5 stars, especially as Jade, who dealt with me regarding the delivery delays was always very apologetic and helpful.

Excellent interdent brushes
I like these interdent brushes, they work very well, shaped like a cone they are brilliant for people like me with some large and some small tooth gapping. I can never find them in local shops and pharmacy`s so I order from DHB, who provide a very good service even for the small quantities that I buy. Delivery is excellent.
