Having been messed around by an Amazon supplier who finally stated they could not get hold of stock of Ultradex Whitening toothpaste and would issue me a refund (after many weeks of Amazon saying order was delayed) found DHB who delivered 3 tubes to me within days. A bit more expensive but reliable and worth it

My order was accepted. Payment taken. Nothing delivered. I had to continuously chase DHB. They said courier problems. Truth is the item was not in stock to begin with. Very poor service and even poorer follow up from DHB. Had to insist on refund. Still nothing delivered to date weeks later ….

There’s a wide range of products available including the brand of interdental brushes I prefer. My order arrived very quickly through the post

I cannot seem to get my favourite brand of toothpaste anywhere, but eventually found it on DHB's site. Ordered and paid for with no fuss, delivered promptly and very securely packaged - maybe a bit more sticky tape than necessary? - and all good. The only other, small, criticism, is that they charged VAT, which we don’t have in Guernsey.

I have placed an order paid for it and advised after 2 weeks upon asking where’s my order that I won’t be getting the item I ordered. Very poor customer service

This company could teach the big boys a thing or two. They have a superb range, they process the order and delivery very quickly every time. Excellent.
