Matt refused to provide up front sample quote ranges for our age group. Their website provides sample prices for ages 30 - 50 only. He became accusatory and rude when we requested sample prices before handing over our confidential health information electronically. Buyer beware! This company has 10 complaints on the Better Business Bureau website.
