Matt Schmidt was a great communicator and always kept me informed of the processes along the way. Before something was scheduled or sent out, he texted to tell me to expect an email or call, and then told me how to proceed with each step. He made it so easy and without stress to complete the application process.

A Long Journey to Life Insurance
I started working with Matt about two years ago as I was seeking out life insurance. I selected this company based on personal research and the fact I also had diabetes.
Matt helped me navigate a difficult journey through getting life insurance, as I have other medical issues in addition to diabetes that created major road blocks to getting coverage.
We uncovered something incorrect in my medical history, and began the process of getting it corrected with a new Dr. As of today I now have the coverage I was seeking out, and through the difficult and tenuous process, Matt never gave up on me. I appreciate all of his help and can't recommend this company enough for your life insurance needs.

Matt my agent was wonderful. But it was time consuming
Matt my agent was wonderful. He was informative, on top of things and had lots of communication. The medical phone calls did take a lot of time and it was hard for me to find time to do it. It took several times but we got it eventually.

Best agency and agent ever
So I have been with multiple agents and multiple companies and got declined eventhough I disclosed my diabetes always for the same reason. Matt was the first agent to find out why and allow me to prove that the information was wrong. I gave what was needed and went from 20 year term 200k for 77 to 30 year term 200k for 59. Best experience ever. I would give 6 out 5 if I could.

Positive Experience Throughout Insurance Application Process
Matt worked me through the entire process and answered all questions throughout. He was highly responsive, happy to communicate via email or phone, and gave thorough responses. He also did not push me to make any decisions (I first talked with him nearly a year before actually completing the process). Would recommend Matt to anyone else looking for life insurance.

The only insurance agent you need for life insurance
Matt was a joy to work with. He took note of all my specific requirements and challenges and he was able to advise me on how to consider the amount of coverage I needed and whether I wanted term or a convertible policy.
His knowledge of the industry and his ability to shop your coverage needs around to multiple carriers means he works truly FOR YOU and not for the insurance companies.
Matt also helped me go through the insurance coverage questionnaire and that saved me a lot of time because otherwise I'd have had to figure out how to fill the PDF file electronically myself which can be a real time drain. Appreciate his going the extra mile on that.
I would highly recommend Matt to anyone else who needs insurance coverage and is considered high risk for underwriting.
