Excellent Diagnostic Setup & Professional Service
I had a great experience purchasing diagnostic tools for my workshop. Xentry, ISTA, and ODIS were all installed perfectly and worked straight out of the box without any issues. The setup was smooth, everything was properly configured, and the support throughout the process was excellent.
The ENET cable was also shipped quickly and works flawlessly. Communication was professional, reliable, and very helpful from start to finish.
Everything is working exactly as promised — highly recommended for anyone looking for professional diagnostic solutions for their workshop. Will definitely use again!

Paid for PSDZDATA + E-sys
Paid for PSDZDATA, ISTA+, and E-SYS, but E-SYS was not functioning correctly. Support did not provide a working solution. Currently waiting for a proper resolution/refund. Disappointing experience so far.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the order placed was only for PSDZDATA. ISTA+ and E-SYS installation/support were requested additionally, but those services were not included in the purchased package.
Despite this, we still tried to assist and provide support. E-SYS configuration can vary depending on the laptop setup, Java version, launcher compatibility, and vehicle configuration, which is why additional setup/service is normally required.
We are still willing to help resolve the issue properly. Please contact us directly with the latest error/details so we can find a suitable solution together. If you would like a complete plug-and-play setup with fully configured ISTA+, E-SYS, launchers, and compatibility checks, please purchase the corresponding software packages so we can install and configure a fully working solution for you.

Perfect download for BMW ISTA and Standard Tools
Hi, let me start by saying that I have been watching YouTube tutorials for a few months and yes they are very helpful but I was never able to get the clear information on where to get the actual download without any complications until I kept looking on my own and found DIAG TOOLS.com
It was so quickly and easy and the customer service and support for the remote installation was so clear and professionally done.
I’m really impressed and definitely I will continue getting every software from them.
