These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond for me even though the first laptop I provided was short on memory. They suggested I use one with more memory and reinstalled everything again and it now it works perfect. I tried to get ista and inpa from other sources and it would get errors all the time and then not connect. Finally I found Diag Tools and they set me up with everything. I still can't believe how good their prices are. I own 2 repair shops and I will be buying all my software from then from now on.

Great service. The initial install went through without any problems however when I got the cable in software didn’t work. I let them know and immediately removed back into my computer and fixed everything set up the cable and got everything back and running. The team worked quickly and made sure I understood everything. And so everyone knows I’m not a bot

I have bought a couple of services for remote software installation for BMW at a good price!

In a course of minutes a specialist contacted to arrange a suitable date/time for the installation to proceed. The specialist was very professional and responsive to any questions/queries. The installation was tailored to my specific needs.

After a couple of hours I have a laptop fully ready to be doing work on my cars. As a courtesy they also gifted some additional bonus software which will be super handy as well as missing translation packs.

Highly recommend the service to any Bimmer Enthusiast wanting some help and peace of mind with setting up their tools appropriately.

I was skectical at the begining when i purchased ista with standart tools when i first installed it alone it didint word but then i whrite to support on wattsapp and the help was instant he installed every thing very fast and it all worked like it should if you downloading free stuff and you install it and it dont work like to me then you are better when you buy the product from diagtools and you dont need to worry never again thanks man you helped me a lot money well spent

I wanted to install some software they helped installing that software in seconds after is requested.

They are very helpful and have great response times. They remotely access your device and take care of everything for you. I had an issue with my Esys six months later, and the diagtools responded quickly to the remote access and fixed it.

The support is amazing! You just write via WhatsApp and they get in touch immediately and are immediately ready for use and help.

The programs run perfectly and if you want an update they are immediately here, fast, easy, uncomplicated

I live in Australia and have bought a few products from this company and can say that I highly recommend them. They offered no fuss assistance remotely even though im 10hrs in front. They are always helpful and answer any question without sugar coating it. Ill be buying more for sure!
