Best company to buy any software of your needs, the owner was up till 3.20am helping me install the software, honestly can’t thank him enough, if anyone else needs any softwares for your car, don’t look any further

Tech took the time to install all of the tools needed, I highly suggest a secure isolated dedicated OS boot partition or VM for the install as it requires some older libraries, that newer security tools complain about.

Purchased bmw ista software and followed instructions to install all programs. None of the programs actually work and they offered no technical support. The responded through one email and said they would help me with remote access to help me and never responded after. It has been a month and I sent multiple emails. They have never responded to their phone contact line either. I requested a refund and they also did not respond.

I needed help with the installation, Diag Tools responded almost right away and proceeded to install remotely. I’m glad that option was available. I would have not been able to do it myself. Great service and support! Thank you!
