Did a survey for them and no payment. No reply to my queries from the business.
Survey was also unnecessarily time consuming. 50 minutes over the phone, where a digital format could have been done in half the time.

I have worked on 3 projects with Diakob as both moderator and transcriptionist, all with Mahnoor Ali. They are professional and open to suggestions, they answer quickly to all queries and they pay on time.
Overall, the experience has been very good.

Worked with Anum Rabia. She is wonderful! She connected me with several clients in my wheelhouse and I was well compensated for my time. I even received follow up calls from several clients. Highly recommend. Just be patient in receiving payment.

Diakob is a scam!
I did a 45 minute interview for them, all good. Until it’s time for the payment, they don’t answer anymore. ‘The accountant is out of office’, all kinds of excuses to not have to pay. We’re 2 months later and still nothing received. Emails are also no longer responded.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

I have worked on two projects with Diakob as a transcriptionist.
Here's my summary working with them.
PROs:
- They are responsive & fast.
- They are overall professional.
- They answered my questions clearly.
- They paid me on time.

CON:
- They are sometimes not very communicative. For example, when I shared my feedback on the interviewer, it didn't seem like they acknowledged it and the issue with the interviewer persisted. So I'm not sure whether the feedback was delivered or not.
Another example is when I was promised to do 6 transcripts, I only received 3.
When I followed up for the other 3, they later told me that they did not expect any further interviews, which was a disappointment.
I would have appreciated it if they had communicated this with me beforehand rather than wait for me to follow-up.
However, this is a minor issue so I'm still giving a 5-star review.

Nice experience with Diakob.
People respond quickly.

I was contacted for preclinical research in an area of my expertise, so screening was spot on. I will say that the recruiter was a little bit pushy once I confirmed my interest, but the actual research team was cordial and excellent to work with, and I was paid for my participation when stated; payment was in the form of either virtual gift card or physical prepaid Visa--no issues there either. Of note, the email might have looked suspicious if I didn't know to be looking out for it - gave off a phishing vibe, but obviously I knew it was coming and who would be sending it. Overall, decent experience and would work with them again for similar projects in my area of specialty.

The agent Sonia contacting me was quite diligent and answered my questions. She ensured the interview was set up appropriately and the logistics were handled well. She provided me details on the timing and process for payment and there were no issues.

I have worked with Diakob twice now, particularly with the lovely Sonia Mughul who is always so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to any professional. They are leaders in market research.
