Quote a true price… please
I looked online for a flight to the Caribbean late one evening. The price was really good for the time of year I wanted to go. However, It was too late to call dial4 travel, so requested a callback in the morning.
I was contacted on time by dial 4 travel, but my phone only rang twice before it was disconnected. I rang back and was addressed by a rude, monotoned member of staff who called himself Raymond. Raymond was sarcastic and when I told him what price I had seen the flight for (less than 12 hours before) he stated that “ price for that date was no longer available” and quoted me £600 more.
I can’t believe how fake these online companies are. I would appreciate them more if they told me the actual price, instead of deflated it so that you’ll speak to them, to then be told that the price I saw online wasn’t available- WHAT!! in 12 hours, all the prices for this flight (which leaves in 8 month’s time) at this price are gone? I honestly believe the flight was never that cost in the first place and their website deflates costs so that they can persuade you via a call to pay more. Well you’ve lost my custom, and you weren’t even courteous, whilst you were lying!! Shame on you dial 4 travel

Fraudulent Travel Agency - Check Google Rating. Don't Use
For anyone thinking of using these guys, before even reading my review, please look at their Google reviews (currently 1.4 stars), I know I wish I did...
Essentially they claim to have booked flights for you at a small discount to what you see online elsewhere and all you have to do is give a ~15% deposit. When we realised that the flight times they sent us in the confirmation email were wrong compared to what we could see on the airline's website, and wanted additional clarity on the situation we kept on getting placed on hold and the phone kept mysteriously hanging up.
Then when we wanted to try and pay for the remainder of the bill, the person in question (apparently they were the ONLY person at the company who could handle our request) just happened to have gone on holiday and so we had to wait to pay / finalise our booking.
Then when we finally reappeared , they mentioned that we were too slow to finish paying off the booking and so now they can only offer us flights which were £400 more expensive per person... Obviously as this point, we realised it was a scam and decided to cut our losses but this company is a complete fraud.
Avoid at all costs. How this is above 4 stars on Trust pilot I have no idea, must be using bots...

These people who dealt with me are aggressive in nature without compassion. They lied to me bout getting back to me an several occasions and even the supposed manager was not helpful in any shape of form.. If I were you I would look for another company who know what they are doing, can actually so compassion and well the do not know the word professionalism. Get you holiday with a good company as this is not, BEWARE !!!!

Absolute scammers, don't fall for their sweet talks
I really am starting to wonder why the overall ratings are too high for Dail4Travel. The staff become extremely rude the moment you book your flights through them. I was overcharged and over-promised for a basic flight booking through them. I paid in full for my travel a year back and 30% of the price they charged me for the so called "add ons" that are not really "add-ons" anymore. They charged me £800, in addition to the basic fare for 3 tickets for upgrade, seat reservations and extra luggage but now I've been told to pay extra for those on top of the £2400 I already paid. Please avoid booking through them, they're scammers and will stop their comms with you the moment you pay for your tickets.
The names I've come so far are Jonty, Jenny, Mary, Elisa Watson, Peter etc. Is this even real? They never call you back or reply to emails. It's such a shame I fell trap when googling to find travel agents. Why would they even come up on the top of the list?

SCAM SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company. They deserve a zero-star rating, but that option is not available. This company exists solely to scam people. What is even more baffling is that they are operating right under the noses of authorities such as ABTA, ATOL, Trading Standards UK, and the Fraud Office. They took over £4,600 from me to purchase tickets for my family, but they either could not or deliberately chose not to buy the tickets. When they asked for more money, I refused and requested a refund, but it felt like talking to a wall. I also discovered that they have changed their foreign names to anglicized ones to disguise themselves further. I have reported them to the authorities, and I encourage anyone else who has been scammed by them to do the same.

This company is falsely advertising cheap flight on their website. When I looked there were more than a dozen offers with different airlines between £480-600. When I called to book the cheapest was £750. The man on the phone said those deals had expired, well then take them off your website!!
