Flight return back was changed whilst I…
Flight return back was changed whilst I was booking so rather than returning on the afternoon flight I am now on the morning one. The price is OK but I would have been happier if the afternoon flight had been up-held without an extra charge for changing.

Ben was all round excellent, he explained the process and next steps clearly, reassured me, and promised that my e-tickets would be issued within 48hours of full payment. To my pleasant surprise my tickets were issued even earlier than the timeframes promised and it simply made my day.

Complete disgrace- how is the company still allowed to trade? They took our money for flights, sending us a fake e-ticket. Then without warning, cancelled them! We have since been fobbed off with various excuses.. meanwhile we are £2700 down with no holiday 😡
