Spoke with Sam who appeared to know…
Spoke with Sam who appeared to know what he was talking about. I asked to pay in installments and was told not a problem. Paid £100 phoned up a couple of weeks later to pay some money which was proving difficult. I messaged Sam and asked if it would be easier to pay my flight in full on the expected date instead of installments. Sam replied saying in full would be easier.
Week later. I got a call telling me Sam no longer worked with the company and the airline had cancelled the flight. But he (Ben) could book me on another flight on the same day just an hour later and £200 dearer and would I pay £200 now.
I decided not to go a head and asked for my deposit back as the airline had cancelled the flight.
I haven't received my money nor has the company had the decency to reply to me.!!!!!
Scammed springs to mind. And I thank Sam for not taking more money from me.
So Customer Services has sent a reply.... what would be better is giving me back my £100 deposit for a flight that no longer exists.
