Promotes work life balance

I really enjoy Dialpad! I use it for work and it is so easy to contact individuals and keep my personal and work life separate. I like the DND mode and the messages I can send. I would recommend this to anyone!

i highly do not reccommend this website.... Money Grab

I just got access to this website, its been about an hour and im genuinely not impressed.

The support is lacklustre at best. using ai for everything, but the ai's responses are genuinely not good enough to be reliable.

confusing ui, confusing customer support, and more.
its been an hour of me trying to find the support number (still have not found it) clicked their "link" to take me to their dedicated admin email to get support (the link is broken)
( i spent nearlt $500 and every page has some sort of upsell feature...)
i need to spend another $120 to get access to support ?

this has genuinely been a bad experience, and im leaving this review in the hopes that someone will reach out to me and actually provide support and provide a refund.
Please and Thank you.

Hello Geo,

I've just requested your contact information. Support to our customers shouldn't be that complicated, and I'm happy to look into what's happening here. While we do leverage AI on chat, if you request a live agent, you should be transferred right away. I look forward to receiving your contact information so we can sort this out.

The worst ever!!

The worst ever!!! I have been trying to get my SMS applications approved for a month now. Instead of telling me all the things needed for approval all at once, they will tell you one thing at a time. It prolongs the process. Its almost a month and I cant get a direct answer as to why I am not approved yet. It would be best if they wouldn’t charge you until you were approved but instead you just pay for a service that you cant use. THE WORST!! Would not recommend!!

Buyer Beware

We went with dialpad as a provider for our business phone lines based on research done by my son who is much more techy than I am. I am the owner.
Since day one, I was never happy with how this worked with the app on my Iphone. Very clunky and the calls and messages were not organized at all. Hard to navigate the app to actually get to the information that you want. It just seems like in this age of technology, that their app would perform much like the iphone does (or android), but it is not even close. Very poor navigation in the app to retrieve messages, numbers, voicemails etc.

I am old school and I like to talk to customer service to resolve things. It is quite difficult to actually talk to someone at dialpad.
We signed a 1 year agreement in Oct and just now cancelled in Feb. Now they are telling us that because we paid for the year and they "heavily discounted" the subscription price, they don't do refunds. None at all.
So, buyer beware.
Our experience was not a good one, not even an OK one.
Doesn't make for good customer service in my book.

Smooth, fast communication with teammates.

My work implemented Dialpad a year or so ago and I have found it invaluable. The phone transfer system makes life a lot easier especially when our organisation is spread across the North Island and it is great not being tied to a landline phone.
The chat function and being able to multiple different group chats and channels, means that everyone that needs information can get it instantly and you can track the conversation in real time and not be bogged down in email threads.
The status function is so handy. You can instantly see if someone is on a call, in a meeting, out to lunch or away sick (or whatever status they have set), saves time and keeps the whole team updated with movements and availability even when in different offices.

My passwords were compromised through…

My passwords were compromised through Dialpad.com. I messaged them regarding this matter on Jan 4th -2026, asking them to contact me about a means to rectify this somewhat significant problem. It's Now Feb 19th and they haven't responded as yet.
I wish to caution prospective and current users, because this can be a bit of a problem. I feel that this should have been addressed by now.

I worked with Skype and Quo before

I worked with Skype and Quo before, so for me somethings are known. Either way I do have to say this app supports better communications, it allows me to send files that is a good advantage and is more user friendly.

UI/UX nightmare and Impossible to cancel

terrible ui/ux. Charged me for global unlimited and it did not work. Was not even able to make a single international call. Now that I am trying to cancel it, they are playing games hiding the cancel function and trying to make me call them before cancelling.

Stay far away from Dialpad

Stay far away from Dialpad. I left JustCall for Dialpad because of the AI features. I lived a nightmare. We lost business because of it. Went back to JustCall and realised they had even better AI features and API for a cheaper monthly price. Goodbye Dialpad lol
