It works well!
The call clarity is almost always crystal (unless the customer has a bad cell connection) and I rarely have any issues with connectivity unless my internet is acting up. Also, the application is super easy to use and i figured out how to use it within about 30 minutes. and i discover new neat features often!
Don't Do It. Support sucks. Features that should be supported aren't.
Dialpad support is difficult to get ahold of and wants to blame their terrible software on everything else but them. I've actively lost customers because of how support setup the phone system or lack of responsiveness. When I express my frustrations there is zero lack of empathy or concern that a small business is losing customers because of their shitty software. The program itself will say your phone system is setup one way and in reality support has done something different. There is not autonomy or agency in the settings. I beg you. If you are reading this don't trust dialpad. I don't typically write reviews but I am so frustrated by my entire experience.
Bad experience for me
I am a solo business owner and I was going to switch to dialpad to take advantage of some of the ai features. Unfortunately, what I was not aware of was the requirements for registration for SMS. This ultimately proved to be a difficult task and I ended up deciding it wasn't worth the effort. I use the SMS to communicate with clients when they prefer to text over call. It's fine and hasn't been a problem before. But with VOIP this is not a simple process. I do recognize that it's a requirement for all VOIP services, so I'm not going to reduce the my rating unfairly, but since nothing of it was mentioned during my registration I am somewhat upset for the waste of time. Since they also do not issue refunds, I am also out the fee. So between time and the fee I feel I got a very bad deal and will not be recommending them to colleagues in the future.

This may be the worst company I have…
This may be the worst company I have dealt with in my 20+ years of leading companies and business systems. Their product is clunky and didn't work. We cancelled at end of term, within contractual rules, and they failed to cancel contract in error. They acknowledged the mistake yet auto drafted fees from us. They said they cannot figure out how to refund. I even escalated to their CEO who never acknowledged my email or did anything. Do not do business with this company, bad ethics and bad product.

Worst billing and sales department i have ever dealt with. Everybody says they are working on it and nobody actually works on anything. God forbid you need to make any changes to your account. They will ghost you and never get back to you with any answers. Support also sucks.

Karen helped me a lot. We had some confusion about clients calling our numbers, and we returned calls from numbers that they had called.
Unfortunantley system is a bit limited, but that didn't stop Karen from explaining to me how to properly use the system(regardless of how inconveniant solution is), and pointing me in the right direction. All in all, Karen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
