Dialpad is easy to use
Dialpad made my experience great because it’s reliable, easy to use, and keeps all communication in one place. The call quality is consistent, and the features help me stay efficient and organized throughout the day.
Ghosted
We wanted our number ported, but they didn't do this, charged us, then ghosted us when we asked for a refund within the 14 day cancel period.
I then went on a month-long hunt so that I could actually speak to a human about the problem I was having, only got AI responses.
I finally have a response, and they are only offering a partial refund for their incompetence.
I am very disappointed with this service. Avoid this company.
Reliability
Reliability, UI/UX, and the fact that DialPad is the ONLY solution (we have tried all others) that lets you transcribe a call without recording it, available on all plans. Also, on mobile, you can stay connected to DialPad and route the call over your cell network for those moments when your data plan is borderline. There is also lower-level infrastructure that stands out from the rest. DialPad was created by Google VoIP Engineers and designed from the ground up as a clean, well-executed Business VoIP Solution.

Continue to get billed the wrong amount which requires me to call in and speak with specialists. Not a good look for the company.

The call transcripts feature has been incredibly useful. Even though there are occasional outages and platform hiccups, it’s still a tool I genuinely recommend

Gie quickly resolved my main issue with a transition of the account away from a former employee and answered all my newbie questions accurately and promptly.
Frustrating
Support at Dialpad is frustrating. The chatbot is almost helpful but not. It is beyond frustrating , I feel so bad for the overworked support reps, you can tell they are trying. But by the time you get one of them on chat you've already wasted so much time that you start the convo annoyed.
Lack of features, little admin support or tools, poorly optimize website
I'm not sure how Dialpad has much business. It seems they rushed to implement AI but are lacking basic user features and admin support. Navigating the website is a pain and load times are incredibly long, sometimes > 1 min. Managing features is convoluted and non-intuitive. Adding phones by MAC doesn't exist, and you can't preprovision phones when adding new offices or users. Support tries to be helpful, but they don't seem to have the back end tools to do their job either.
Dialpad Failed to Deliver Basic Customer Support
We had a very poor experience with Dialpad. Their support team passed us between agents, repeatedly asked us to redo the same steps, and failed to resolve the issue. Communication was lacking, even after we provided a 30-day cancellation notice. It took over a month with no meaningful updates only generic responses saying the issue was being reviewed.
Based on our experience, I do not recommend Dialpad.

I signed up for Tmobile dial pad…
I signed up for Tmobile dial pad business phones. The control panel was terrible and I was not able to get around. So when trying to get anyone on the phone I spent hours upon hours on hold and getting disconnected several times in a row without getting any resolution. If you want aggravation and waste of time sign up with them. Absolutely terrible!
