It toke a month

It toke about a month to receive it to malta that's where I live. The only problem that I had was that I had to declare the item because the product came from a non European country. Other than that I love it. I'm so happy with it I wear it every day. Thanks

I made an order on 18dec.2022.and tracking shows that it has arrived to my country on 6.jan 2023 and that documents are missing. I have been sending emails to their support and it says that their mailbox is full and cannot be sent.delivery company some crap doesnt not pick up the phone. Diamofy webpage phonenumbers are NOT IN USE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Hope karma comes and bites them in the ass.

They'll rob you of your money just like they robbed me

Placed an order on November 20th, and after receiving the email that mentions how long it will take for the item to be delivered, I cancelled the order immediately (within 30 minutes of the order). Their policy states that you get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours.

I've been told that the refund has been processed and that I should get it within 5-10 day. That was on the 25th of November. It is now the 13th of January, I haven't received the refund yet.

Clearly a business that scams customers. You should avoid it if you don't want to be robbed.

Great customer service

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas which didn't arrive in time. After many emails with customer services it was eventually agreed to issue a full refund. This has eventually arrived in my bank today, a lot longer than I thought it would take but thank you to Customer services for their help in this matter.

Avoid!!!

They are scammers who do not refund when errors on their part, promised refund and replacement, never received either.
Never answer emails and do not answer the phone for hours.
When they do they say they'll call back and never do!!!

I have bought two of the same necklaces from this company and both times the chains have broken within days of wearing them!
Never again would I purchase from Diamofy such a waste of my hard earns money!!

Ordered on 4/27/2022 and got the full order on July 15, 2022. The infinity necklace that I ordered is different from what is shown in their website. I requested to return all my items and get a refund since I am so dissatisfied with their service but they just ignored my emails and no phone number that works. Beware of this company.

Engraved pendant necklace.

I ordered a necklace to be engraved with my grandchildren names as a gift for my daughter-in-law. I hadn't dealt with them before so wasn't sure but I was surprised at how nice the necklace was and the service from Diamofy was excellent.

I love the necklace

I love the necklace. Ordering was easy. It is a gift for my mother withthe names of her children. Names were spelt correctly. I love that I was able to include all of us on it from eldest to youngest. I am not too sure about durability yet but so far it looks good.

My only issue with the experience was the length of time it took to deliver. The tracking details weren't so clear and so I couldn't tell majority of the time where the item was or an estimated delivery date. Apart from that the item is lovely. Waiting for my mom to open it to determine what she thinks.

I was offered a future discount for my honest review. I confirm this is my honest opinion of the necklace purchased and my experience with the seller.
