150: never shows up and just crowded and rude bus drivers
Shannon is rude and dismissive.
Like the person below I also experienced the rude, semi illiterate 'customer service' person Shannon. I made a complaint after the 57 failed to stop for me despite me visibly moving nearer the road to indicate I wanted this service. I complained and got a dismissive message with very little punctuation from Shannon saying I needed to indicate I wanted the bus. Ridiculous.
Atrocious service
Atrocious service. My daughter uses this company to get to school as TWM do not operate this route. We had so many issues previously with the company changing travel times and not updating the timetables. Past two days my daughter waited for over 40 minutes from 8:05 for her bus the 226 to Merry Hill but the bus has been a no show. So today we went by their app and still the bus didn't come at the stated times. Even 1 star is too many for this bus company.

Number 54 Birmingham Perry Barr. Doesn’t stop at stops. Leaves 13 yr old girl stranded at bus stop. Rude customer services agent maned Shannon who talks to customers like crap.
New bus tracker is terrible
To be fair the buses between Bolton and Manchester are reasonable, albeit it's pot luck if they turn up on time or even turn up at all on some days.
However, the change to their Bus Tracker web page is unbelievably bad and so difficult to locate the bus you are searching far.
Obviously not designed by a professional - just a very inexperienced amateur who wouldn't be employed by a reputable company.
Avoid this bus company at all costs if you can
Waited for the 15:25 16a from West Bromwich bus station to Birmingham didn't even turn up, waited for the 15:52 bus that one didn't turn up, at 15:54 two 16a busses turned up none went to the bus stop to pick up passengers instead they parked up, at 16:05 one picked up passenger, it broke down not even 1 stop in, the other 16a was behind, that broke down too so I got the 74 from West Bromwich to Birmingham in the end and it usually takes me 10-15 minutes to get home it took me 2h 5 minutes WHAT. A. JOKE.

A bus has hit my car twice now whilst I’ve been parked outside of my house and both times the driver has just driven away. The second time wrote my car off!!
When I phoned the company to report the incident, the so called ‘manager’ there was about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Total idiot!! Not sure who would appoint him manager of anything!
The drivers drive far too fast around our estate and in the middle of the road! They’re total morons!
The buses are disgusting as well.. look like they’re about to fall apart!

Waiting for the 370 today from Cheadle heath, to Northenden changed all the time table every hour now was half hour, Waited 45 mins, got the bus at 4.30, thought these time were the busiest time, was a joke, why have they made this busiest root every hour

I would give no stars if I could . The worst bus company we have every had busses just don’t turn up or just drive past you . Got on the 163 from Heywood to Bury a month or so ago he said hurry up as we got on saying I’m late I was scared we would be in an accident he was driving like a lunatic, really nasty to people getting on or off the bus . One guy nearly fell getting up to get off his driving was that bad he just laughed and came out with a snide remark . The drivers are rude , bad mannered , some are just nasty . Nearly £7O a month on a bus pass and this is the service you get .

582 Abandoned
What went wrong? Simple. Their monkey employees of a logistics team couldn't organise a line in a straight hallway. Just disappointment after disappointment.
The services, particularly the one I am literally forced to take, 582, is like a scene out of Mad Max. Just buses turning up not knowing where to go and doing laps around the bus station because some mad man of a driver abandons a bus in the station slot for embankment.
Honestly, should adopt Scottish law, and impose a £125 fine for every 30 mins the bus is left abandoned and £50 fines for every bus that is late by 10 mins without good reason.

one to add to the list, bus 29 in Manchester. More chances to resolve the conflicts in middle east than having a bus at all.
No driver showed up
X50 pulled up on time, the driver hopped out as usual (I assumed so a different one could take over). Oh how I was wrong. He got out, then never came back. Nobody did. I was left with several other people staring at an empty bus for half an hour and had to wait for the next one. Lucky I had nothing planned today. Oh no, wait. I did. Thanks a lot for not only making me late but also encouraging me to have no respect for your services.
What's the point of having a timetable?
The kindest thing I can say about this company and their non existent buses is that they are as much use as a one legged man in a backside kicking competition!
Bus H5C Heathrow late or just did not turn up.
I have had two bad experiences with Diamond SE bus H5C out of Heathrow Airport over a period of 10 days. This was the 1620hrs LHR to Moxy Hotel on 7 March and Moxy Hotel to LHR T5 on 18 March. The first bus just did not turn up even though I saw it on their tracking map in a completely different area, and the second bus was half an hour late. I actually saw the second bus parked up in front of a hotel opposite for 20 minutes, and on their bus tracking map. Traffic was the reason given by that bus driver, but I had just driven in that area and it was normal. He did not have answer for why he was parked for 20 minutes. I had heard similar stories from fellow passengers. Come on Diamond SE what is going on with some of your services?
Very bad experience
Hi , I went to up town with 3011 bus earlier , I asked for Dayticket and then I payed 3.50£ but the Driver didn't give me a ticket cuz he run out and he knew that ANYWAY so he could've take only for single , he was laughing at me , he might make an extra tip for himself like that .It isn't fair!!!

Your bus driver who waved and smiled at me as you drive past when I been waiting 90 mins for a so called bus that turns up every 20 mins. Absolute disgrace! I will writing a full complaint and won't drop this till your sacked! I missed my child being born! Fuming is an understatement! I'll be going to the papers you have a lot of explaining to do and I will taking this to court.
