DiamondCBD has been a great !!

DiamondCBD has been a great company to partner with for any / all of my needs thus far. I was turned onto them after a surprise chrons diagnosis. My dr adv that my flares up would often lead to joint swelling and there were some natural remedies to look into. This my searc began. I found this site after a few days of searching. That was 18 months ago. While I can’t in good faith give them a full 5 stars, if I could do 4.5 I would. The small issues I’ve had revolved around stuff that I wasn’t really bad enough to wholly fault them. Like changing back end credit card processing and needing to “wipe the slate clean” with accounts. I missed 1 subscription due to that but they made it right and comp’d me some product. Also, they changed to an all natural dye (like beet juice) and when they did it changed the flavor just enough to notice. They quickly sent me some samples of other options and helped me find the one I liked. Customer service has been great. Prices are fair. Just do it

Fast and high quality

Fast, accurate, potent, and consistent in quality are a few words i wouldnuse to describe this company. Ive never had a a problem that they werent more than happy to fix, the customer service is incredible. And they even occasionally throw in a gift card or a product sample. Package was a month late, and scammed

Package was a month late. And I was accused of receiving a duplicate order they rudely demanded I send back.

They offer free CBD cream, and when it arrives they accuse you of getting a duplicate order. It’s a scam.

Elle in customer service was extremely rude and accused me of lying, when I politely tried to explain the mix up.

Online you will find multiple complaints of lost and late packages with out refund, negative reviews of their customer service, and even lawsuits for fraud in their claims of the chemical makeup and potency of products.

We are currently working with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this matter and have submitted all relevant documentation, including the full recording of the customer service call.

To clarify: the customer received two separate shipments, each with unique USPS tracking numbers, both of which were confirmed delivered. Each package included the 30 of the 40mg 7-Hydroxy Tablets – Mango – Chill Extreme and a free CBD cream, which was part of a promotion running at the time the order was placed.

The customer later claimed to have received only cream and no tablets in one of the shipments. Our representative, Elle, remained polite and professional throughout the entire call, despite being met with accusations and a refusal to cooperate.

We have also summarized the call below for reference:

The customer began the call with a polite tone but quickly escalated into frustration. They expressed dissatisfaction about receiving multiple packages and claimed they never received a duplicate order. When the representative asked clarifying questions and explained company policy, the customer became increasingly defensive and accusatory.
They repeatedly insisted they only received CBD cream and not the high-value product listed in the second shipment. When asked for verification such as package photos or tracking confirmation, the customer refused to cooperate, calling the process a “scam” and alleging the company was dishonest.
Their tone throughout the latter part of the call was combative, speaking over the representative at times, refusing to acknowledge the tracking evidence provided, and rejecting any attempt to de-escalate the conversation.

We stand by the professionalism of our team and the accuracy of our fulfillment records. The repeated claims of being “scammed” are not supported by any evidence provided by the customer and are directly contradicted by the shipping and call documentation we have on file.

We believe we have handled this matter fairly and thoroughly and consider it resolved on our end.

Super sketchy site. Paying for obnoxious clickbait ads on meta and then force these codes down your throat and refuse to honor them in the cart. Why would I order this sketchy ass random brand from you for not even a discounted price?
