I have purchased from Diamond CBD a couple of times and have been delighted each time. They are quick to process and deliver the product. The first time I purchased their THCA Diamonds, I had a question above usage. The chat was quick and to the point. The products are top rate. I was too scared of the local weed shops, so of course I was gonna try ordering online. After several negative experiences with another company, Blue Moon Hemp, I found this site by Googling. Man, I should have started out my CBD journey with them! I love all my interactions/ purchases with them so far! And even the one negative experience was made better by their customer service.

Cancelled order without notice.
They put out an ad on Facebook for a free $25 gift card to their website, so I signed up and received it. I browsed the website but didn't buy anything, so they sent me a coupon for 40% off my order. I went ahead and made a purchase and used my gift card plus the discount. The next day they cancelled my purchase without notification. I guess they don't want to honor their deals after all. Their prices are terribly inflated and if that's not bad enough, if their OWN discounts bring the price too low they'll just cancel your order.

Our billing department identified that the shipping address provided was a hotel room, which is against our policy for redeeming the free gift card. To maintain fairness, we require gift card redemptions to be sent to a residential address, which we communicated to you on 2/26/25 via E-mail to which you responded "I don't live at that address. I will be leaving negative reviews every where I possibly can."
We also informed you that we could proceed with shipping to an eligible address, but you chose to decline. As a result, Order #2398295, totaling $9.98, was canceled and refunded in full. However, your gift card remains active and available for future use.

They sent a defected product, they were very slow in accommodating me regarding a refund, and when I did get the refund they were $9 short….apparently they charged me for shipping. I was very disappointed in the product I got. I won’t be doing business with them again.

I absolutely love Diamond CBD! They have been my go-to for years. I have trouble sleeping and their CBD/Melatonin gummies help so much with that. Their customer service is also top notch. There was an issue with USPS delivering my package and they sent it back to sender. Elle in customer service at Diamond CBD 💎 helped me out and had my item reshipped. 10/10 for me!

Diamond CBD: Weak Products, High Prices
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with Diamond CBD. I spent over $200 on various products, including their Live Resin line, and none of them delivered noticeable effects.
Their prices are also higher than many other brands I've tried. I'd recommend exploring other options before considering Diamond CBD.
There are plenty of other companies out there with better quality and value.

Great Products but High Prices
I've used Diamond CBD for years and the products are always great, but the prices have really skyrocketed in the last year or so. They are constantly running sales, but to the point that it really doesn't matter because they are literally always available. The 'full price' is just there to make you feel better for paying $60. With the constant sales, the product is always $60. You are not getting a deal.
That said, the products are good and that's why I continue to use them. Also all CBD items are super expensive, so they aren't outliers here.
