I always have such a great experience with Diamond CBD. I have been using their products for years and not only do they help me with my severe pain and getting a good nights sleep but they always have such great deals! You can go to your local shop and pay 3x the price for sub-par products or you can feel good all while saving money! Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful if you need recommendations. I will be a customer for life!

1/20/2024 Update. Denise teached out for more detail on my order. I was correct they should have shipped the order sooner.
She explained the reason for the delay was one of the items was out of stock and they were waiting for a new batch. That wasn't communicated to me but I'm pleased to report they have fully refunded the shipping cost and expedited the shipping less than 48hrs at my door. They even offered to send me a free product to try and threw in a sample item. When the original order arrived it had a BOGO QR code to use for next purchase. Diamond made a concerted effort to right a wrong to my satisfaction. I will give them another chance to do business with again.
I placed an order on 1/11/24. Today is 1/18/24 even with MLK day and the weekend they have not shipped my order out in five business days and wouldn't have unless I contacted them today. I live four hours away from the company and it's been over a week. Not a great first experience.

The first order I placed with this firm was screwed up. I ordered three items but received only two. I took pictures of the box, the items and everything to ensure I received what I purchased. The company did respond, but the order should not have been screwed up in the first place. Second order placed 1/5/24, says FREE two-day shipping on orders over $100. Well, that's a lie too. Today is Monday, Jan 8, and my product STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED and, the provide a UPS number but link it to the USPS website on the "track" order screen. This company doesn't have a decent shipping or tracking of their orders.
UPDATE 1/9/2024: I've updated my review becausemy original review left out the quality of the products. From the D9 gummy products I have used, Fresh, and Chill Extreme, I can say that their products are good.
My issues are with their shipping and order processing policies, which are not transparent, informative, or consistent.
I contacted the company directly and let them know that their website shipping links are automatically directed to USPS instead of UPS, which creates problems when the company ships via UPS -- leading the customer to believe nothing has been shipped because the "shipping number can't be found." (Unless you know the numeric/alpha identification protocol used by carrier and can hunt via google yourself.)
Secondly, as of this 1/2024, the company has NO shipping policy on its website and does not provide transparency on how long its orders take to process before they ship. After contacting a customer support person directly, she informed me in a text that processing website orders BEFORE shipping can take up to FIVE DAYS, which is 120 hours, not 72.
This is one PROBLEM. Customer Service reps should all be on the same page. The reason they are not: NO SHIPPING POLICY.
Thirdly, there needs to be a policy listed on their website somewhere, to which all customer support representatives adhere that provides transparency such as, "Your order typically processes within 72 hours of receipt, but may take up to 5 days, depending on the orders in the system ahead of it. You will receive an email when your order ships."
As a 50-year PLUS consumer of cannabis, I can assure you that DiamondCBD has a product for everyone's tastes and tolerances. Just be patient, as it may take up 120 hours before it ships, even though the response above says 72. From the customer service rep who responded to me directly via my account and chat:
"Yes that is correct your order was placed on January 4, 2024, depending on the time you placed your order it would start to process the same day or the next day. Your order would process jan 4th-8th or jan 5th-9th if placed after 11am. Then once the carrier receives your item they will have it to you within 2 business days being jan 9th-10th or jan 10th-11th. The day of Monday jan 8th is considered to be a full processing day of 24 hours.
We apologize you did not receive the correct label for the tracking number as your tracking number is with UPS not USPS. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out."
The company responds, and yes, mistakes can happen, however, no matter how good your products are, when shipping and processing are not transparent, and customer service reps contradict each other, customers get frustrated and take their business elsewhere, as there are multiple online shops that ship to my state. Fix your shipping and website issues, provide clear order and shipping policies, and offer consistent information to your customers for a better year.
UPDATE: 1/10/2024 As noted, product shipped 1/8/24, two-day UPS. Today, I received notice from DiamondCBD that my product's delivery is delayed.

I ordered from this company for the first time a week ago. First of all, the products were not recieved in two days. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. The real reason I am writing this review is because I bought Chill Extreme Blend Gummies and took a half a gummie before bed. I have no idea what is in these gummies but I was up all night. I felt like I was on speed! Now I am wondering how and where to report this company because these gummies are dangerous!

I wish to edit this review as the company reached out to me and we were able to discuss the instances of why i wrote this review as previoisly stated i had donw business with them for a long time and only worked with one individual, that person had been promoted and when she heard what happened she got involved and had another individual contact me on her behalf through much discussion ahe is now assigned as my new customer service representative and I was very happy with this I truly felt the heartfelt understanding and truly appreciated them reaching out to regain my business and trust. This previous issue was a one time occurrence and I thank them for the effort and thank them for going above and beyond as they had sonw in the past. I have done business with this company for quite awhile. When I first started doing business with them they were beyond helpful and always got you your product right away. Now move to approx 1 week ago I placed an order got an email saying order received and will ship on Monday. So I'm expecting my shipment 2 days later never arrived. I contacted their customer service and they're response was oh were backed up a d filling orders placed before me. Mind you no email to explain no nothing. Did not care about my business at all I had to reach out after and request a refund. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I suggest you don't either

Diamond customer service was non-existent when I had an issue. I ordered two of the Chill Plus Chocolate Bars back in July. They were vile and inedible. I filled out their online contact form and never got a reply after months of waiting. If they would have responded and worked with me they wouldn't have lost a customer. But after three orders, lots of referrals, and a lot of money spent they ignored me because they didn't want to deal with me. That's a really really bad way to do business.
** Update*** I was refunded for the bad products after reviewing them on Google in October. Diamond also blocked me from their website. When I clicked the link in the refund email to see my previous order I tried to log into my Diamond account. Then I got a message saying that my email address has not been activated or is blocked. They also responded to my review claiming I never contacted them about the issue which is untrue. I filled out their contact us page on their website. I provided my name, email, selected customer service, and explained my issue with their products. Denying that I ever contacted them and blocking me from their website is a rather petty way for a business to respond.

Ordered with 2-day delivery on a Thursday. When order was not shipped by Sunday night, I wrote them a mail. Their very unsatisfying answer: we need 72 hours (3 days!!) to pack the order and don’t ship on Thursday or Friday. Today is Thursday again, order has not shipped, and since they don’t ship in Thursday or Friday….
2-day shipping - nope, more like two week.
They are not answering my mails.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
I really don’t recommend them!

Oder was promised to ship next day during order process. However after 2 days of the order being unshipped I was notified that “our shipper failed to show up” and “we don’t ship on Thursday or Friday”. Completely opposite of what was promised during order process. Don’t trust this unscrupulous company.

I got the Delta 9 chill extreme and what concerns me the most is that there isn't a brand name on this bottle. Every company I order from has the name right on the front of the bottle. There are 40 gummies in a jar but the experience was average after taking 2.
Not only does this business charge a $9.99 UPS flat rate for 2-day delivery as the only shipping option on checkout, but they take at least two days to "process" your order and ship it USPS (probably cheaper despite they charge a 2-day flat rate with a more reputable and reliable service). Deceptive "deals" and add-ons. You order one disposable vape of a certain volume and cartridge design and receive a completely different variety - I had very different experiences with the different disposables they sent me under the same purchase listing. Customer service will respond with either boilerplate messages or Spongebob memes (????) with little consideration towards the customer's issue or query, significant delay, generally weird and unhelpful exchanges. I requested an add-on cancellation and they canceled both the add-on AND the initial order, without documentation. I discovered my initial order was canceled without having been informed and checking in myself. It took days to receive a response regarding a refund, but at least I did get it!! BEWARE. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO ENGAGE WITH AT ALL. Unreliable products, unreliable customer service, outright deceitful shipping charges. Date appended to this review reflects most recent purchase. These have been long-standing problems that were tolerable for a bit, but I'm fed up. Best look for another place to spend your money.
Order placed in the morning on 3//29 with supposed 2 day shipping. at 11:45 that morning received email stating order being prepared for shipping. On 4/01 email sent to ask why order still states pending shipment. Was told there was no issue and order would ship soon. on the morning of 4/04 order still states pending shipment. Email sent asking the issue and was told they didn't have the products and refund was processed and it refund would be in my account within in 10 days.. Two items delivered out of four were incorrect. Fruity mix delta 8 gummies I ordered were both the 5,000 mg delta 8 which was correct. The other two bottles were not what I ordered. I was sent two bottles with 4,000 mg delta 8 and 1,000 mg CBD. Also both of the seals were both open and these gummies were all stuck together like they were stored in a warm area. Customer service very unhelpful.
Ordered from this company on 1/24/23 order was suppose to be here Fri 1/27 keep getting the runaround they keep saying they deliver the package and no one was home that is a lie I am on disability and have been in the house waiting on this package, then I was told to driver was uncomfortable delivering the package so which one is it did they deliver the package or was no one home which is the same thing they said today when they were supposeto deliver it by 8 tonight, once again I've been told no one was home again that is a lie.

I recently ordered a product that included Delta 9, and was very skeptical. However, I was very happy two days later when the order was delivered and the product was super effective, everything I was looking for. With the order, I received a BOGO coupon, even better! Right?
So, I started an order and applied said coupon-it was invalid. I reached out via their website’s live chat feature, and a representative applied a bogo coupon to the order for me.
Two days later, I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation, so I went back to their website and found my order was marked “cancelled”!
I did not cancel it, and I didn’t receive a refund! So, I called their customer support, FIFTEEN TIMES, was put on hold each time for 10-15 minutes, before the call was ended after prompting me to leave a message or try again.
I left a message. I also reached out via live chat, and was told to wait a moment for a live agent. 24 hours passed-no call back, no live agent response.
Needless to say, I’m upset. This company seems very very unorganized and mismanaged, and clearly does not care about its customers in the least. 0/10, do not give them access to your money and find yourself robbed like I did, try someone else!
I dont trust any company that uses bunk lab results like accurate labs lol all the junk vendors use that "lab" also they have 0 lab results showing if the products are safe to smoke... no lab results showing there are no impurities or bad chemicals in the products... even the company cake that is a known bootleg Chinese company uses accurate labs... BEWARE .
Okay company I've used a couple of times, but they draw you in with misleading discounts like: "Buy 1, Get 1 FREE + 70% OFF select deals!" It's actually not buy one AND get % off, it's one or the other or some other algorithm that doesn't get you what you thought. Shipping, when you have to pay it, is expensive and slow. Cross-brand comparisons can be impossible from the label. Customer service is prompt and responsive, and ultimately helpful.
I had an issue on my phone and unknowingly, ordered way to much product by mistake. Thankfully, I reached out and Denise was extremely helpful! She worked out the issues with me and was able to fully refund me, once the items were returned. Very pleasant and excellent customer service! 10/10
This time my 10X Ultra Strong Delta 8 Gummies were on sale for buy one, get one! I bumped up to the 50mg's. (2,500)mg. 50 pieces of 50 MG and I can take 50MG and be okay, but if I take 100MG I am ready for a nap.
