The bracelet snapped after a week of…
The bracelet snapped after a week of wearing it. Customer service asked to cover the return fees but then agreed that it was a product fault. I returned it last week via 48 hours tracked delivery and have not heard back re refund. Very disappointed, makes you not want to support small businesses.
UPDATE:
The shop sent another bracelet following this review and although it’s a nice initiative the quality of the bracelet is the same.
