We love to hand pick beautiful jewels for the woman who knows what she wants without paying that hefty price tag. Our variety of stunning rings include 925 sterling silver designs as well as silver, rose gold plated and high quality cubic zirconia so we've got something to suit you all. With the help of your sales we are able to donate a partial amount of our profits to a charity organisation each month. Because we know how important it is to make a different in the lives of those less fortunate.

Went to the opening of the shop…

Went to the opening of the shop yesterday. Amazing service, some lovely pieces of jewellery at very reasonable prices. As a special gift on the opening of the shop I received a free goody bag that was filled with jewellery items. Yes I will be shopping in the shop again. Well done on the shop opening. I hope you grow your business and are very successful.

A few weeks ago I left a very negative review. Unknown to me my emails were not received but I thought they were being ignored. As soon as the company recognised that I had a problem they addressed it immediately. I have received my order today and I couldn't be happier. Such a lovely bracelet. I'm sure my daughter will love it. I will definitely be ordering from Diamond Galore again.

Scam

Scam, do not order, if you check their address it is just a random shop. I am quite certain all products they sell are fake. Buy at your own risk.

You will be disappointed like me if you order. No customer service, and most like no refund.

Ordered a bracelet a month ago

Ordered a bracelet a month ago, order cancelled just before Christmas by them and still awaiting a refund. Customer service is appalling and doubt I will get my money back. Avoid ordering from this company they are scammers.

Beautiful Gold ring

Purchased my ring in December did have some issues with the quality of the product as it tarnished, after a few emails my issue was resolved and I recieved a replacement in January.

Save your money and shop elsewhere

First time ordering and it will certainly be the last time. The company are just awful to deal with. The item arrived longer than expected and aside from actually looking cheap and tacky, certainly not worth the price I paid, the order wasn’t even fulfilled correctly.
Trying to make contact with them is terrible. They don’t respond to emails, there is no telephone number to actually speak to someone so the only way is via Instagram messenger. Responses are slow and despite several messages I am still no further forward a week later. Now been told that the letter missing from the order is no longer and is out of stock and they will send it out to me when they get some more in. Unfortunately this has come across like a big fob off. I highly doubt it will arrive and the gift that was initially a birthday present, is now meant to be a Xmas present has now become unusable. A total waste of money and my time and effort.

Cute but quite small slightly didsapoonted

I think the jewellery is really cute and well made but I did expect it too be a little bigger.
I was a little disappointed, but other than this, lovely jewellery.
Will be purchasing from here again.

Bracelet broke, ignored by Diamonds Galore

I ordered a bracelet from here, it was beautiful but it lasted about 2/3 weeks, then it broke. I contacted Diamond Galore multiple times about receiving a refund or an exchange since I felt it was unacceptable for the £30 bracelet to break in only a few weeks. I was ignored each time. Wouldn’t order from here again

Amazing Jewellery and great service

Amazing Jewellery and great service. I did have a few problems with my original purchase but communicating my concerns i appreciated how they understood me and offered a replacement. There was back to forth messages but in the end it was resloved. A bangle which i had some issues with but it was a beautiful bangle and looked amazing just a shame with the issues i had with it. However my replacement went wrong and i was willing to re oder the flower bracelet because there jewellery is the best you will not be let down of the quality of the product, and the lovely customer service person who i was communicating with sent out the replacement and was very understanding they did not need to that was a mistake and can happen and an error was made but over all once again i will defo re order thank you sooo sooo much for everything.❤️
