We love to hand pick beautiful jewels for the woman who knows what she wants without paying that hefty price tag. Our variety of stunning rings include 925 sterling silver designs as well as silver, rose gold plated and high quality cubic zirconia so we've got something to suit you all. With the help of your sales we are able to donate a partial amount of our profits to a charity organisation each month. Because we know how important it is to make a different in the lives of those less fortunate.

The quality and designs of the jewellery are spectacular. They have a range of jewellery to decide from and when you can’t find decide between the gorgeous jewellery, the lovely staff, helps you and advise you.
The staff was overall very nice and helpful. One of the workers, Faiqa. Greeted me with a big smile, Helped me choosing a gift for a friend and she made sure i had the best time. I will definetly stop by again

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ayesha’s outstanding customer service. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Ayesha made the whole process stress-free with her professionalism and friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful—she truly deserves recognition!

I had a wonderful experience at diamond galore. The store offers a beautiful selection’s of high quality jewellery.But what made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service by Ayesha who assisted me and was incredibly helpful

Booked the permanent jewellery for myself & my two daughters, i had a good experience all the way until I left, the girls were so lovely & friendly & the store is aesthetically pleasing 😍. They also have such beautiful jewellery pieces out on display, I would definitely recommend!

Cancelled order with no reason

My boyfriend placed an order yesterday for me and paid for £10 delivery but yet he didn’t get an email or anything. He has now just has a message to say that the order has been cancelled but no reason to as of why. I have went on the website and both items are still in stock so I’m not sure why this has been cancelled. He is absolutely gutted as this was supposed to be a surprise but he’s had to tell me as to not receiving the item. I am appalled by the service I have sent two emails today in regards to seeing where my order is but yet they have ignored both emails and text to say the order is cancelled. I would like to know where the order is and if I am actually going to received it.

Unfulfilled order - no refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a bracelet and paid £10 next day delivery. Received an email saying they cancelled my order as the item I ordered was now out of stock. The email stated that the £15 (bracelet price with discount) was NOT ‘yet’ refunded but said nothing about the next day delivery charge. I’ve been trying to contact to see if/when they plan to refund this and that I also want the £10 delivery charger refunded. Can’t seem to get through to anyone via email and they have no phone number. VERY disappointed and feel like I’ve been scammed.

Please rest assured that we would never leave a customer without a refund – your order was automatically cancelled due to the item being out of stock, and both your product price and next-day delivery fee have been fully refunded. Sometimes refunds can take a few working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing time.

I ordered the nail bracelet 4 nights…

I ordered the nail bracelet 4 nights ago I've had nothing to say order received even though money has gone out my bank no tracking info I have replied to subscribe to the company but then again nothing back from them not sure what is going on as getting no replies from them.
