Nael was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, and allowed me to try on a wide range of rings without any pressure.

His calm and honest approach made me feel completely comfortable and confident in making my decision.
Once I chose my design, the process was seamless. I received regular updates while the ring was being made, and collection was arranged smoothly and efficiently. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded all expectations.

Peter and the team have looked after us wonderfully from start to finish and we would highly recommend anyone to head straight to Diamond Place before going to any other shop in Hatton Garden. We had walked past Diamond Palace a few times before the lovely receptionist invited us in and we sat down with Peter. Peter attentively listened to our needs and worked within our budget (didn’t try to upsell us) to give my fiancé the ring she wanted. We are grateful for Peter’s calm, relaxed approach, along with his knowledgable advice making us feel comfortable knowing we would get a beautiful ring. And the engagement ring we received was wonderful!

We went to a few different places and once we stepped foot into Diamond Palace, I had such a good vibe that I refused to look anywhere else. I was in Hatton Garden for the sole purpose of getting my wife's emerald ring re-sized.
On entering the shop I was greeted by Peter who was not only friendly and approachable, but very knowledgeable. The result was perfect.
Delighted with the result, I went back a second time with confidence knowing that he would make a good job of replacing several missing stones in my wife's diamond and emerald ring that she likes so much she rarely takes it off, hence the missing stones.
The repair work was flawless. I got exceptional service both times.The rings were ready on the promised day and needless to say my wife was one very happy lady.
