Biggest scam! They sell and do not accept returns!? Only exchange is offered. This is the worst experience

I received a set from the Queen Bee collection from my husband. Each piece held special meaning, as I received them for important moments in my life. The last item I received was a pair of earrings, a gift from my husband for the birth of our son.
After wearing them only a few times, the clasp of one earring became loose. Fortunately, I noticed it in time and brought it to the store for repair. After they fixed it, the issue happened again. I returned to the store, clearly stating that the repair had not been done properly and that they needed to find a more secure solution to prevent loss. They assured me they had taken care of it.
However, after wearing the earrings just a few more times, I lost one.
After filing a complaint, I waited two months for a response. Today, I was finally told that the store has no responsibility for the loss of the earring. The earrings were worth over €1,000.
I see several 5-star reviews from customers, but I believe the negative experiences speak for themselves. This is not about beautiful design — which they certainly have, as many other stores do — this is about quality and how customers are treated.
Long story short: this is the last time I will purchase anything from this store. I truly regret that my engagement ring came from here as well, as it now only reminds me of the extremely poor service.
EDIT: I think think they saw the error of their ways! This has to be mostly because of their exeptional Manager Ilkay(I hope that is how to write your name) who was beyond sweet and helpfull withing the limits set for her by the company! The day before we were supposed to go and pick up the pieces so i could get it fixed as my usual juweler, we received an email stating that they were going to make me a complete new ring. We gave the size and the next day we could pick up the new ring. I have my beautiful ring back :)
DON'T BUY HERE! I got my engagement ring from here. In 6 years time it broke TWICE!!! And now they want to charge me to fix something they f*ed up last time. It was lucky i lost the part inside so we found it.
Customer service is beyond terrible and promises are a joke to them. A simple email with a specification of cost has not been sent to me.... after calling 7 times for it. Promises to call bag are never honoured. So please... spend money at a decent place and not this Joke of a shop.
Worst quality ever.
The hook of my necklace got loose in less than 2 months and I was lucky not to loose the diamond since the necklace just opened. I brought it for repair and they charged me 10.00 €. It’s not for the money of course, but the necklace was still under guarantee. Then, after picking up the necklace I noticed that what was supposed to be white gold, had turned yellow on one side. I ask, and they tell me that this is normal: white gold turns yellow after a while… never happened to me in a lifetime.. so I guess this is not possible only after wearing the necklace in 2 months. Obviously, if I want they can make it white again, if I pay 75 €. So again, this is not covered by the guarantee.
