Stunning Quality and Incredible Value
I was initially unsure about choosing between a natural or a lab grown diamond. I had seen some natural diamonds in the same price range, but they were cloudy, had low clarity, and average cuts. Then I came across this website and the difference was immediately clear. The prices are excellent and the quality is outstanding.
Ankit was very professional throughout the process. The ring was absolutely stunning and looked exactly as advertised, with fast and smooth delivery. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered and then was unsure , coming from India to the United States , but corresponding, usually by email has worked out well, product delivery was fair considering the distance, customs , tariffs etc..
the diamond adm ring itself is very very beautiful! Came with a complimentary set of earrings as well !

Lost ring, no refund
Update: they did end up sending a replacement ring. So 6 weeks later, we finally have what we ordered. Just wish it wasn't such a nightmare. Maybe consider hiring someone to handle customer service so that you don't leave customers hanging with no updates for over a week.
My ring was lost in transit and the owner stopped responding to me after I asked him to contact the shipping company. No refund, no response. I'm out $700 and have no ring, extremely disappointing.

unexpected
shipping was faster than expected but the quality was WAY better than i expected. i never thought i would be able to afford an engagement ring for my fiance that was this nice. i feel like the quality of the ring i received is well above the price that i paid. i am not a wealthy person but i am around a lot of wealthy people and i have fairly high standards so it was really a surprise when i opened the box and got something that looks this good! i will definitely be ordering from them again when we get married and we both need bands!

The order placed was for a 0.25 ct stone, which will naturally appear smaller in comparison.
Regarding shipping, the order was placed on December 17 and delivered on December 30 from India to the United States. Considering international transit, customs, and the holiday period, this delivery timeframe was within our standard processing and shipping estimates.
As soon as we saw your review, we reached out directly to better understand your concerns and to assist, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We genuinely value customer satisfaction and are always open to resolving issues when possible.

Bought a 4ct for my wife. They really care about customer satisfaction. Before its shipped they show a pic of it and make sure you like it, then ship it.
