Ankit is such a talented jeweler! He not only changed the color of the gold last minute (as the original package was in shipment already) for us, but he also took the time to respond to all my messages and needs. My Fiancée, soon to be wife, is extremely happy with her ring. Our family and even other jewelers complement the ring for its beauty. I returned a ring and it never got reimbursed
I returned a ring and it never got to destination. They never tried to help me. They don't care about their returns. The ring was great, but I would never return any package to them again . They give you a sketchy adress in the UK when you bought the ring in India. On google maps, the adress looks sketchy. Please don't buy there if you might return the purchase through mail. Their costumer service won't be good or helpful.
