This is the second occasion on which we have utilized Diamond Shutters, and we are pleased to report another highly satisfactory experience. The customer service provided was excellent, and the entire process proceeded without any issues. Our shutters were installed yesterday and present a truly beautiful appearance. The installer demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

I was recommended to use Diamond Shutters by a couple of friends. I called into their shop with my wife to get an idea of price and practicality and we were welcomed by the wonderful Danielle who made us feel so welcome , sorted our queries out very efficiently in no time at all with great charm and patience. Needless to say we will be going back to order our shutters in the New Year

Excellent service from this company. All staff were professional, efficient and polite from initial contact when I visited the showroom, arranging to measure and supply a quote, placing the order and installation. I was kept informed throughout the process with helpful calls to confirm appointments and an email to inform me of progress of the order. The order was received well within the time originally quoted. I highly recommend this company

Excellent service and a fantastic product. Great communication from start to finish with regular updates and confirmation of appointments. James arrived punctually and his work was outstanding. He was clean and tidy and very polite. My shutters look amazing A* I would definitely recommend Diamond Shutters.

Amazing service from start to finish. From my first call to the office to arrange a quote visit to my last call with Claire in the office. James the fitter was amazing, great workmanship, clean and tidy. The shutters look amazing. I have a couple of windows at the back of my house, I’ll be back in contact in a few months. Had shutters fitted this morning by James, I’ve used Diamond Shutters before (my third time) always on time, do a great job, shutters look great, no mess, no problems, from the survey to installation a first class service! Thouroughly recommend this company and its staff!

A great service from original contact with the shop right through to the fitting of the end product. Shop staff are very helpful and friendly and the fitter (Tyler) carried out the fitting today perfectly from the customer standpoint.

I am over the moon I’ve had my whole house done blinds & shutters .The whole process has been fantastic from Kevin & James who come round separately to measure & give me a quote the communication from the the lovely ladies so helpful & professional,
Tyler fitted them all so quickly no mess , no rubbish left .
I would 💯 recommend them , I also had another company quote me for the shutters and they couldn’t compete with the quality & how good the price was I went with the Paulownia plus they have transformed my home , one very happy customer 😊

from measuring to ordering and installation has been a wonderful and easy process, they know exactly what they are doing and we are soo happy with our bay window white oak venetian blinds, they fit and look spectacular.

Excellent company. Lovely staff. Welcoming, not overbearing. Lovely relaxed showroom with excellent choice. Ordering and fitting as simple as could be. No pressure at all or hard sell but positive appropriate comms when needed. I absolutely love the blinds I ordered. Fantastic quality and they look much more expensive than they actually were.

From initial visit to the store to having the measurements done, everything was professional and spot on. Installation was accurate and completed within 2days of my delivery arriving! I have no issues with Diamond shutters. Purely excellent service. Highly recommend their service.
