He made it very clear he was prepared to go in front of a judge any time, using such terms as “breach of contract.” Unum reversed its decision in 24 hours, and I have been receiving full benefits ever since. I don’t think there is any question: Unum would rather spend its time and money going after some other benefits recipient than one who has the protective shell Greg Dell provides.

I was very lucky to have found Dell and Schaefer as I suffer from Chronic Cluster headaches. Having been diagnosed with this debilitating illness for over 10 years the headaches themselves have a nick name of the suicide headache the pain is that sever and I multiple attacks per day and they tend to last between 3 to 4 hours each headache I cant even due the simplest of tasks as my brain shuts down totally during the event and is very slow to recover once the event is over. In my case I needed someone I trusted implicitly that knew my situation and could even think for me they have been more then my attorney they are family and they are like having another Dad and Mom. You could not be in better hands at a time in your life that need the best there are no better.

I am a retired physician and client 0f Dell & Schaefer, who was having difficulty getting my personal disability insurance company to pay on my disability claim. I retired on 12/31/2007 and by March of 2007, I had been approved for my Social Security Disability al on my own. Mind you it was a little tricky, because I did not fit into the usual 6 categories that SS approves. I then turned my attention to the insurer of my private policy and I was stonewalled. Then came my lucky break, a Dell & Schaefer attorney came to my house. It turns out he has been best friends with my son for many years and someone I had known since he was 11 years old. When I found out what he was doing, I asked him to take a look at my policy and he said, this is what I do all the time, I can take care of this. He certainly did take care of the problem, within 3 weeks, a meeting was arranged and 3 weeks after that I received my first monthly check along with all the checks going back to January. 6 years ago I was instructed by my neurosurgeon to quit performing surgery and delivering babies due to a cervical myelopathy and loss of feeling in my right hand.
