When the third doctor told me that I could no longer practice dentistry, I called Greg Dell. He returned my call on a Sunday afternoon 30 minutes later. He listened to my medical issues, and told me that he would take my case personally.He gave me the names of three other dentists that he had helped.They all gave Greg the highest ratings. I sold my dental practice March 1, 2016 and Greg has been very supportive ever since. My disability claim was denied. I used another lawyer and still denied. I was at a dead end. With failing health and 2 special need children at home. My D&S experience spanned over 7 years and it was in one word “Relief”. A fantastic relief. Why relief? Because dealing with my disability insurance company was nightmarish and D&S instantly relieved me of all the worry. From the very first conversation I had with Greg Dell, on a Sunday I believe, thru his help, he and his most competent team including Alex Palamara, Danielle Lauria, and Anneli De-Cardenas removed the proverbial 800 pound gorilla off my shoulders. Greg and Alex spent an initial, and draining 3 hours listening in while an insurance rep grilled me on an in-home interview. This was after they had filmed me on two separate previous occasions. They even followed me thru Walmart, cameras on!! Yes folks, they will try to catch you doing anything outside the limits of your disability. They don’t want to pay you!! That's the bottom line. My D&S attorneys told me from the start, be honest when you talk to the insurance company people on that interview. I did and from that interview and beyond, D&S handled everything regarding my policy. I was able to sleep at night knowing I had expert representation. Everything from my disability company went through D&S. This was a huge burden, relieved!

During the original consultation Mr. Jessup mentioned a figure that was lower than the actual final settlement. There where no false promises or over inflated estimates as sometimes found elsewhere. Just an upfront honest answer of what could be to come. During the process I still received my monthly benefit and never once had to deal with the insurance company directly. This in itself took so much stress out of my life. After three years I no longer had to continually jump through hoops when the insurance company requested something or worry that I might undeservedly loose benefits.
The above is just a small part of the experience on how I felt the professional and courteous team was always willing to go the extra mile.
