I was new in DIB mobile app and card activation. The CS Mr.Ghulam assisted me so amazing until I succesfully registered. He is so helpful and accomodating. Nice Customer service experience.. keep it up.. mirdiff city centre dib branch.

They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I've been trying to contact them for the past three days, but no one answers my calls or provides any resolution. This bank's customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Please avoid this bank.
KYC Merger issue from DIB
If I had an option to give no rating, i would have done that. In my AECB report, there is an active existing loan showing. This happened due to my KYC information was incorrectly merged with other users' data on DIB system.
On October 24th, I received confirmation via call and SMS from your bank that the necessary corrections had been made and the updated data had been shared with AECB. However, after paying 83 AED to extract the report again, I found that no corrections were made. I downloaded the report based on your confirmation that the issue had been resolved, but it appears nothing has changed, and I have lost my payment. Additionally, I received a message few days back stating that another request has been opened.
This delay has now extended for over a month and is preventing me from securing a loan. I deeply regret my decision to take auto finance with DIB, given the difficulties caused by this situation. I send multiple emails, however no response. Worst banking experience i ever had.

Do not take credit card from DIB, the worst service… customer service is worst, don’t know how to speak to customers, i had applied for credit card cancellation, its been week now, i am trying to call every day for cancellation.. but no response, only answer i am getting is our team will get back to you soon.. given wrong information and sold to me the credit card..

Sharing my frustration, that the people working in customer service and a gentleman whom I spoke from the complaints dept-- couple of months are making me go back to circles!! A complaints officer under the name Ahmed called me last week saying that my case has been acknowledged, and they will be sending my debit card. Its been another 2 weeks, and what's NOT new? NO FURTHER UPDATE WITH MY 6 MONTHS OLD DEBIT CARD.

Worst bank ever
Worst bank ever, as I’ve experienced a deduction to my account without knowing on how or where it came from as they also have the worst customer service who can’t even understand what you’re up to with your concerns and a countless emails which unfortunately un-responded. This bank is deducting money from people which every single dirham is hard earned from their job, and as an expat to lose almost a thousand dirham is really unacceptable.

This bank has provided me with the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I made a payment in June, and while the money was deducted from my account, I received a message saying there was a technical error and the payment hadn’t gone through. They proceeded to deduct the amount again. Since then, I've tried countless times to reach them by phone—no one answered. I’ve also sent multiple emails, yet no one has responded. This lack of support and transparency has been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise considering other banks with more reliable customer service

The Service has been dropped , the bank is holding my money in different occasions without any reasons. As example I transferred an amount between my accounts and it has been bee. ducted and I waited for 48hrs as advised by customer service and still not received it. I followed up three times and every time keep telling me it’s under process.

Don’t deserve even one star. I received new credit card from DIB that has free roadside assistance 24/7.Toll free number 8004101 not at all connecting. Roadside assistance number which they mentioned in their app is not a working number. So there is no use of this card. Want to cancel the card now.

Today I received a call from them saying on 1st June they credited my account with 5000 aed by mistake and now they will deduct it. I don’t remember seeing any unusual amount on my account. And how are they calling me almost 5 months later to tell me about it. Is it because a day ago I went to close my account with them?. This is the worst bank ever please stay away from them. The lady on the call was so rude at some extent she even cut the call! I did the worst mistake joining this bank and I will discourage anyone that tries to open an account with them
Horrible experience
Even one star is not applicable to the bank employees. I visited the Sharjah branch on Saturday 12th Oct at 10.06am, received my token and was waiting for my turn which came at 12.30pm! Extremely slow service, even the sales service manager was useless, he didn’t have any courtesy how to speak to a customer. I’m not sure if my work is completed as I’m still awaiting a call from them. Pls stay away as much as possible from this bank, but if you have any relation with this bank, then God help us!
