Rlly easy!

It was super easy to book a ticket on dice, and literally so much easier to access it at any time prior to the concert. Also I love their mascot 👀

DICE are anti-consumer

DICE only releases the QR code just before the show, so you can't pass your ticket on if plans change. The Amsterdam Boiler Room event was advertised as Sold Out, but they also informed us it has not, which prevents us selling our tickets on. Very anti-consumer. Won't use them again.

Great way to explore the local music scene

I have attended a couple gigs via DICE and it is great! Super easy booking, both venues are places I had not been before so was nice to explore new places. I would not have spotted the gigs if I did not have the app. Every month I go on it to see if there is anything of interest for me nearby (and there normally is!)

Double check and read the fine print

My show was postponed. By 4 months. The communication on the subject was.. not the best. When I asked what was going on I got dismissive answers and no extra information. So, yeah, customer services really needs to step up their game.
When buying tickets for my show - there were multiple options. And the most expensive option was PRESELECTED. I'm sure that is against some customer care regulations in the UK.

Great venue for live music

Great venue for live music. It feels safe and there are great sight lines even if you don’t want to mix it with the sweaty people up front. Good beer too which is unusual.
