To be completely honest I'm not sure if I understand what role dice plays? I purchased a ticket for a 128 productions event through them and that was cool but is it yet another app to find events? Personally, I don't need another app to learn about events. Edmtrain seems to have what I'm looking for. Maybe there's reason to use dice instead I'm just not sure what it would be.

Easy to book. Event was great. Staff friendly and efficient.

Everything worked the way it needed to. Didn’t even need to thing about it.

What an amazing app! The booking process is incredibly easy, smooth and convenient. But what really makes DICE stand out is the fantastic selection of unique and exciting venues and events you probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise!

I’ve used DICE in both London and Barcelona, and every experience has been absolutely brilliant. The app is reliable, widely accepted and simply a pleasure to use.

I’m genuinely impressed and have already recommended DICE to so many of my friends with great enthusiasm!

Great experience all round

Everything was excellent. I was sent an email about a Tom Grennan appearance at 3 venues and it invited me to apply for free tickets. To be honest, at first I thought it was probably a scam, but I selected a venue and applied for two tickets. Within minutes I received an email to confirm I had been successful. I thought "that was easy". I then had to download an app for DICE from Google Play Store, which would contain the tickets and information about the gig. I thought "Here we go. I'll probably have to pay for the app or it will be a subscription or something". It wasn't, it was free and after creating an account I could view the tickets. All I had to do was press an activation button within 2 hours of the time of the event. It was so easy I was suspicious right up to getting into the venue. All I had to pay for were the drinks. The venue was a "cosy" Irish Bar less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station and was set up for a gig. The performer was Tom Grennan and the whole experience was fantastic. The only downside was that I am going to be wide open to email scams now 🤣. Thank you DICE and Tom Grennan for a literally unbelievable experience.

Fat Dog at Rough Trade Liverpool - First time at the venue. Small intimate venue perfect sound (low ceilings), loud as f***! Band scaled down to a four piece for the show, seen them earlier in the year headlining seemed to have about 7 in the band. They were immense at Rough Trade, got to meet the guitarist (on the way out) after the gig, my best gig of the year so far. FAF DOG deffo Glastonbury future head liners!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I purchased a ticket for an event but accidentally selected the wrong date. I contacted them hoping to receive a refund or, alternatively, exchange my ticket for a different date. I was more than happy to pay the price difference, as the ticket for my preferred date was actually more expensive.

Unfortunately, the company refused to offer either option and showed no flexibility or willingness to help resolve the situation. I understand that policies exist, but I believe good customer service should also involve a reasonable degree of understanding and consideration for customers, especially when a practical solution is available.

This experience has left me feeling that making money is more important to this company than customer satisfaction or loyalty. It is particularly disappointing when a simple, reasonable request could have been handled in a much more customer-friendly way.

I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to think carefully before purchasing tickets through them. Based on my experience, I would not choose to use their services again

First though it was promoted by dice via that app.very professional & easy to use & great communication to make the experience amazing

The Dice App is easy to use. I prefer using Dice to other bigger ticket vendors as they give more money to artists and promoters.
