Terrible

Terrible. They are still sending out text adverts to buy fuel despite knowing they have none to deliver. I paid for mine 5 weeks ago and they have lied again and again. Shame - they used to be really good.
UPDATE: To their credit they then refunded the money a few weeks after this review.

Failed order and refund

Placed an order 26th June and after 3 attempts to contact them for a rough eta they have cancelled my order without an explanation. Cannot get hold of anyone and left me with just 50 litres until I run out with little hope of getting another delivery in time. Refund still not received and cannot place another order with anybody else until this money is back in my account. An absolute shambles of what used to be a fairly priced company. Will never use again

GOING BUST Order fuel 6 weeks ago… all booked in…

Order fuel 6 weeks ago… all booked in then a no show… called to rearrange but won’t give a date… called again and they said they’d reschedule call me back with a date… they didn’t. Since then not return my messages and calls just go straight to voicemail. Given up a gone elsewhere.

Update - according to Companies House correspondence address has changed at the request of the administrators, GOING BUST!

Clearly issues with this once good company. Ordered oil on the 17/06, multiple phone calls with delay excuses and promises of delivery.

Now phone goes to voicemail, emails ignored and website is not functioning correctly!

I placed an order on 20/6/25 and…

I placed an order on 20/6/25 and payment was took. Received a message telling me a delay on delivery and would contact next week that was on 3/7/25, have heard nothing since. Tried ringing today and it goes straight to voicemail and no return call, I have now emailed them.
Have used in the past with no problem.

Take money and don't deliver

Placed order 26th June, 2 week standard delivery. Chased by email 21st July and they cancelled my order with no explanation. Phones just go to voicemail. Avoid!

Now after my first review my new date has come and gone and still waiting of a call back
All I keep hearing is it will be delivered on this date and when I call up to see what time they are not or can’t get out to me

Issues at DICE FUELS

Update 22/7/25: company has cancelled my order and arranged a refund of money

Like other reviewers, ordered my oil on 20/6 with a standard 2week delivery date. Dice took payment immediately on placing the order but am still waiting for it to be delivered (4 weeks later). Have spoken to someone at the company on 3 occasions and have been given various reasons for no-shows but are now not answering phones…

No oil delivered after 6 weeks of waiting !

This company used to be so good in the past but something has now gone horribly wrong.. I ordered 2000 litres of heating oil at the beginning of last month and have still yet receive it having had more than 5 delivery dates fixed and then cancelled by the company with all sorts of excuses. The phone now just keeps ringing and I do fear they are in difficulty and wonder whether I will ever get my money back!

Ordered on the 15th of June

Ordered on the 15th of June. Had no notification from dice. I cancelled the order on the 15th of July they said they would issue a refund I have heard nothing. I tried to call them today but it goes to answer phone. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Refund received 22nd July.

No Oil

Ordered 12th June and so far no delivery or contact to advise delay.

I’ve reached out via email to understand what the delay is, but as of today I’ve had no response and no oil.

Poor service

I am having exactly the same issue as other customers. Ordered heating oil on 2/6/25 with delivery expected 16/6, it never arrived.
Have now chased it 3 times, been given 3 new dates and it still hasn't turned up!
£500 was taken immediately for the fuel so they have had my money for 5 weeks now and nothing to show for it.
Last chase up today and then i shall be asking for a full refund.

Very disappointed

Ordered my oil on 29th May, was told at the time latest date for delivery would be 18th June, which came and went with still no oil delivery to date. Have phoned several times to be told , oil being delivered in next 2 working days, which never turned up, on another call I was told I was top on the delivery list, that was a week ago, and stilll no oil,last week a gentleman promised to chase up the order and phone me back, no call back, and this morning I have phoned and been told they will look into it and call me back today, well we will see!!! Think I have waited long enough now, perhaps time for a full refund.
87/7/25 pm-Update, no call back as promised this morning, so had to phone company , have been told my oil will be delivered by end of the week, this is their last chance, then has to be refund.

Unreliable-Avoid!

UPDATE 12/7 STILL NO DELIVERY AND STILL NO REVISED DELIVERY DATE. ALL THE TIME THEY ARE SAT ON THEIR CUSTOMERS MONEY.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Placed an order. Paid upfront. Text to say order delayed and will get updated in a week. In the meantime we have no money and no oil. Avoid this company. They have left us needing an emergency delivery at great expense.

I've seen your response. You have said I'll be updated by the delivery date, not that it will be here by then. Opened ended delay? Unacceptable. And today another text encouraging me to make another order. Why are you chasing further orders when you cannot fulfil the ones you have? And why no response to my email asking when the delivery will arrive? You have time to reply to reviews but not to emails!

Was meant to deliver today latest

Was meant to deliver today latest, after a call was told will be another week leaving me really low, couldne offer me any sooner
first time using and will be the last ( after waiting 2 weeks for the inital delivery)

Good customer care and competitive prices

Despite a last minute injury to their delivery driver, my oil delivery was quickly rearranged for the next day. Good old fashioned customer care with competitive prices....what's not to like? Thankyou.
